Be careful of this company
Ordered double lift ottoman bed matress headboard installation and old bed taken away from midas beds
V1 delivered installed and just after they went the ottoman wouldnt come down reported it to customer services says apply pressure still didnt come down they sent V1 again they said it was faulty 6.5.26 couldnt use it offered replacement or refund opted for refund which was in bank on 15.5.26 still waiting for faulty bed to be dismantled and collected as of today 28.5.26 thats 22 days of sleeping on sofa and counting sent loads of emails phone calls photo etc to customer service

I cant understand that midas did not know the faulty bed hadnt been collected (as they state in their response to my original review) as stated previous since receipt of refund i have sent numerous emails and a couple of phone calls to request collection of this bed and i did receive replies stating they would look into this matter and expedite collection it has taken them over 14days since refund issued
Anyway bed gone now and im sure anyone reading this review and response will come to their own conclusions

Firstly, we are very sorry for the experience you’ve had and for the inconvenience this situation has caused you.
We arranged for V1, our logistics and installation partner, to collect the faulty bed after your refund was processed, and until seeing your review today we were not aware this collection had still not taken place. We completely understand your frustration, especially after being without a bed for such a long time.
Now that this has been brought to our attention, we are escalating this urgently with V1 and pushing for the bed to be dismantled and collected as a priority. A member of our team will also continue to monitor this until it has been fully resolved.

Received my divan ,4 bed gliders was inside ,needed eight .I ordered end draws ,received side drawers ,drawers are falling to bit
They said they will post the 4 gliders.(we will see)

Delivery was cancelled 2 hours in to 3…
Delivery was cancelled 2 hours in to 3 hour window. Had to chase for a new delivery date which was 1 week later (more from my efforts than theirs). Quality of divan set is very poor. Chipboard and staples! We have had to glue drawers back together. We had
to assemble and fit the headboard with no instructions. I am not sure the bed will last for the promised 5 year warranty. Very disappointed

Very Happy with the overall ordering…
Very Happy with the overall ordering apart from a last minute cancellation of delivery from the delivery company. However bed was delivered the following day and taken to the bedroom by 2 delivery men.
Bed is perfect very easy to put together and drawers slide very smoothly. Lovely velvet finish with good height headboard. Will definitely be ordering for another bedroom.
