Ordered still not received and lied to about the status
We ordered from this company a bed 8 days ago now. Delivery was meant to be 3-7 days from ordering but so far we've received nothing. When I click on track order the status is still the same saying its preparing for delivery which its been on since ordering. I've sent an email which took 2 days to get a reply saying the couriers were picking it up from them to deliver it within 48 hours but it's now been 36 hours and we've had zero contact and the tracking still still says preparing for dispatch. We're not impressed that we've had to wait this long as the bed as my mum has now been without a bed in her new house and the fact we've been lied to in an email. Please can someone look into this and resolve this as soon as possible thank you. Since leaving this review I received a message saying my order was being delivered. I waited in all afternoon for it to then receive a call saying it wasn't being delivered after all. We would like a full refund on this order as its now been 10 days and we've received nothing and we need to order one from a more reliable company.

Great product at a very competitive…
Great product at a very competitive price.
Communications from the store regarding updates and delivery times were 1st class.
Delivery was good by placing the bed into the room of choice, but it was left to us to unpack it, assemble it and get rid of all of the waste packaging.
So, apart from the very final part of the delivery, everything else was fantastic and I would definitely recommend Midas and use this company again.

Bed base
The bed base was delivered fine however there was a small scuff mark on the corner of one side. Which I’m not too pleased about - otherwise the bed base is nice the storage underneath is good. I have knocked off 1 star due to the scuff mark. Delivery was good the guys were lovely

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery. The two young men who delivered the divan were very nice and polite. The divan is excellent quality, very well made. Resolved a small issue within hours. Customer service 100%. I would highly recommend Midas without doubt.

Really not going to lie , I was sceptical at 1st , I looked up reviews seemed genuine. Ordered, 2 bedds 2 headboards. One headboard was missing on delivery, was asked by the delivery driver to contact midas beds , I did , super apologetic over the phone and missing item was send that day. I would use again thank you items were good quality and exactly what I wanted
