Found the guitar I was looking for in stock and it arrived the very next day!

Very impressed with the experience of my recent Yamaha Clavinova purchase. Knowledgeable and helpful staff in the shop; easy online order process when I later decided to go ahead; quick and efficient help over the phone with one or two problems; fast free delivery. Recommended without hesitation.

Item wasn't in stock but they phoned me & advised how long it would be & offered an alternative at the same price. In the end the item arrived within a week anyway.

Service was good, Prompt delivery ( though getting hold of TNT itself was impossible) I had a question regarding my purchase which was answered quickly.

Although you were out of stock of the item I ordered you reacted quickly and explained the situation.

I recently bought a second hand upright C.Bechstein piano from the Mickleburgh shop in Bristol. I knew instantly that that was the one. I have utterly fallen in love with it. It dates from 1905. It has been lovingly restored and is a thing of true beauty. I was previously learning on a digital piano and there is no comparison. I feel I've developed a relationship with this piano. It's responsive, subtle and nuanced in it's sound. It speaks to my heart.

The transformation in my experience in playing has been profound and completely unexpected. I now play at least half and hour a day for the sheer joy of being transported by the exquisite sound it makes, it's variation of tone and resonance makes me feel like I've opened up a portal to another world.

I'm in my 50's and relatively new to playing but since buying it, I'm tackling Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata. It brings me a ridiculous amount of joy at a challenging time, after losing both my brother and mum within the space of a year, I now from my practice, can feel uplifted daily. It's been a priceless gift in my life, developing my creativity, mastery and appreciation of music at a time when I was feeling at my most bereft and disconnected.

The service from the shop has been brilliant! In the store there was a large range of pianos to choose from and I found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. I was concerned about the delivery but was reassured that the shop did a recce beforehand and three hefty men magically sweated it into my lounge. I also had a free follow up tuning session on the piano.

I'm truly grateful to this wondrous piano shop and their busy, highly skilled, dedicated musical and talented staff. Thank you for the difference your beautifully restored piano has made to my life!

The saxophone stand is sturdy and looks ideal for the intended birthday present. The parcel arrived quickly and in eco-friendly packaging so very happy all round.

Great product- tall music stand suitable for those well over 6 feet, no longer any need or excuse to stoop! stable, smooth action making it easily collapsible for transport. Very prompt service from Mickelburgh

I would have given you 5 stars but the delivery person left the guitar outside the wrong door and left luckily a neighbour who works in a shop next to where he left it saw the package and noticed my name was on it otherwise anybody could have come along and picked up the package and walked off with it. That aside the guitar is beautiful but you should have a word with your delivery service
