Ok my first review was a one star as I had not heard back from them. But alas, they replied and my order arrived without any issue. Surprisingly very good customer service and the quality of the t-shirts seems good. The designs are like an iron on decal so we'll see how long they last after several washes. So far, everything looks good.

I ordered 4 shirts from these guys it was my first order with them and was pleasantly surprised received in no time and the quality was actually good no problems definitely recommend.

As others have stated, they delay and make any attempt at a return impossible.

Super impressed with this business. Ordered from a Facebook ad, worried about a scam. Emailed me back within 24 hours. Product, delivery times, sizing, quality of product AND service these guys are the real deal. I’ll be ordering again

If I could rate lower, I would. Quality is garbage, extremely thin which is not what was photo’s (bought 2 hoodies). You do not get what you see. Wish I saw the comments earlier. Chinese product and you get worse then what you paid for.

Reading all the negative reviews we weren't sure if it was wise to order, still we did as they did have way more positive reviews on facebook and instagram. I have to say that we are very pleased with the order, the shirts are of good quality, the order is complete. I don't know how the customer service is, as our order was fine. Very happy with it and the prints are really awesome. I don't know how the durability will be, but for now very happy with the shirts. True to size.

8/2024. Placed an order, never received confirmation order email or text. Reached out via Instagram and provide my information they responded and said "we will send it again" never got it. Emailed them and got blocked from my email. Tried my other email account and never got a response.

14 days now, no response or confirmation.

100% a scam.

Plus they rip off other companies t-shirt designs!

I wish I had done some research about their customer service before purchasing. I've seen several reviews detailing how returns are impossible.

I was unhappy with the size of the products I purchased and contacted the customer service to return it. After numerous delays with unnecessary questions about providing photos, size and measurements, the little to no return information that was provided included paying more money for shipments. Eventually after a solution for a small 'refund', they very promptly have blocked my email from further clarification.

I absolutely agree with previous posts that you feel like you're being scammed throughout this whole process.

I would refrain from buying from this online store, but if you do. Aim for a size up with the tank tops, and anticipate buying shirts you probably won't every wear.

It feels as if I am being scammed.

Until they change attitude and let me return the shirts, I will not change my stance on this company.

Update: After a lot of emailing I finally got a return adress. Which was in Hong Kong. I've send my parcel back weeks ago but still no refund.

Refused to let me return items and are now ignoring me. Clothes themselves turned up fairly quick and are ok-ish quality but everything I ordered was a bit tight (I’m usually a large so ordered accordingly). Promptly got in touch with “customer services” to arrange a return but was told it was tough luck and my fault and all they could offer was a discount to buy more clothes. They are now not responding to my emails so I’m stuck with nearly £100 worth of clothes I can’t wear! Appalling customer service. Avoid.

Really poor quality shirt. Fit is really wide and short, looks like $hit. Don’t buy.

Placed an order for 15 shirts and order came incomplete missing 8 shirts ! Customer service is horrible , not sure if they understand proper English or what's the deal but they wouldn't do anything to help ! Sizes run small and they will tell you this goes with the US size chart, BS! They're size chart is wrong !

Worst quality t-shirt ever, the size of the stamp in the pictures look completely different from how they really are. I want to return the items because of the really bad quality but they try in anyway to don't get back the order. They let pass days and days write you just 1 e-mail per day, if you want to return the items the shipping cost is on your charge, and when they need to tell you their adress to send the package they just don't answer anymore.
JUST DON'T BUY FROM THEM

If I could give 0 I would absolute scam I ordered black and white dress early may for my holiday in 3 weeks never arrived contacted them they said they were sorry for delay so I asked for refund they said they could only give a 70% refund as already shipped the item and said I could keep the item needless to say never received item so they got £7 for nothing how many people have they done this to I suppose should be grateful got anything back absolute scam do not buy anything from this site or Facebook

I spent $60 AU on a hoodie, it was paper thin. You could seriously see through the fabric. I will have to wear a jumper under this jumper. The picture on the website have a guy wearing a thick warm jumper. I live in a cold climate and this is pretty much useless. I love the design on the jumper, I should have just bought it in a t-shirt. It was delivered pretty quickly. Would have given 5 stars if thicker fabric.

Honestly I would take them to court if I could! If they scam every other order of one tee, then they will be making such a killing fraudulently!

Disgusting people & awful customer service!

Maybe I was lucky? Order two hoodies and a t shirt. T shirt is nice quality and pretty thick. Fits well. 10/10. Hoodies are of the thinner variety but still plenty warm enough, but I wasn't expecting a really thick one? Prints on all are top quality. Delivered quick too. I'm really surprised reading some of these reviews.

Horrible customer service. I never received a confirmation or purchase receipt so when I needed to return my purchase I had to contact via email. They continue to be difficult and will not give me refund instructions. Horrible company. Do not do business with them

Took my money out from my account , never did receive my dress. Very disappointed
