STOLEN designs. Stealing from small business is absolutely disgusting and you should be ashamed! Do not endorse this. Buy from the small businesses themselves!

I ordered a t shirt and tank top from this company, both in XXL, when they arrived they were wildly different sizes. One fit and one did not so I asked to return it and for a refund (as is my right under consumer protection laws in the UK).
They have so far stalled offering the refund and have just informed me that I would have to send the product back to China at my own cost in order to receive it. This would cost more than the product.

I am currently investigating with citizens advice/trading standards whether this constituency a violation of UK trading standards and qualifies as illegal behaviour. If it does I will pursue it in court.

Its only £18 but I dislike being ripped off and blatant disrespect for the law applied to me will be applied to others as well, so it needs pursuing

Absolute garbage product and no return policy. They try to haggle with you and then don’t stand by their product or policies. I thought this was the company from whom I bought a shirt I really liked. Turns out they are probably violating a copywrite on the businesses product.

Ordered a suit which was matching top n leggings. They sent the top I ordered but completely different trousers which not only were different colour but had large flower print all over them so deffo not what I ordered. Emailed them several times for address to return they wouldn’t give it just kept saying give them as a gift to a friend and offered 10% discount off next purchase! So I had to raise a recharge via my online banking which was surprisingly easy to do as had never done it before. Once the bank took it up the company gave me a full refund within 24 hours but you shouldn’t have to do this as they state on their web page you can return items and get a refund. I would not reccomend buying from them purely because they don’t send you what you ordered and they do not allow you to return items if they are not right for refunds

It’s not a scam but they are not the premium quality looking products they appear on the website. The qualities ok, just not premium. Designs are nice and
Bright, some pixelation on some where the resolutions not high enough but isn’t much of an issue. Tee shirt and hoodie sizing are about right printed on standard quality garments, nothing special. The wool jumpers are sized smaller, these are also quite scratchy and low quality. Defo over priced for what you’re getting but this is the problem with working out what’s good and what isn’t from the internet these days.

When you want a full refund they have you running in circles. Instead, they try to suggest keeping the product for a partial refund. I keep messaging them and it's the same thing. Do not buy from this company. The quality is absolute garbage.

The t-shirts are sold as 100% cotton, this is absolutely not true, 50% cotton 50% poliester. so bad

I paid over $200 expecting quality clothing, but what I received was cheap, thin, poorly made garments clearly manufactured in a sweatshop in China. Your branding and presentation led me to believe I was supporting an American company producing high-quality products. That was clearly not the case.

I feel deceived, and I will be sharing my experience publicly across multiple platforms to warn others. This kind of dishonesty is shameful, and you should be held accountable for misleading consumers.

Do not contact me again. I have no interest in excuses or empty apologies.

If your office were anywhere near me, I would seriously consider taking legal action or bringing others with me to demand accountability face-to-face.

Ordered a 2xl shirt it fit like a large. They ask for proof so I take a picture with it on. Now they say I can't return because the shirt is worn. Duh

I ordered quite a few shirts in 2024 & have never received! Never got a refund either! I still email customer service today & have called! Terrible customer service! I would suggest never ordering from this company.

Got my normal size and it was too small, so have been trying to get a refund or exchange since December and they still wont reply to me after i declined the 15% refund. i have chatted to them from two different emails and as soon as I mention my order number they stop talking to me, I have talked through Instagram as well and nothing.

Awful customer service. I purchased a t-shirt, jumper and pair of joggers. The joggers were of very poor quality with see through, thin, cheap material. I emailed the customer service email address and each email returned has been days or weeks between. They offered 15% refund and I declined and then sent another email weeks later (after I had sent a few chasing them for a return address) with lots of reasons why it would be better for me to just accept a partial refund. Reasons included..it would be expensive for me and would take a long time as it's in china. I have emailed twice saying I would still like to return and they haven't replied. Ongoing issue and it started mid December

Be careful that prices are auto set to US dollars so don’t make the same mistake thinking your getting a bargain. Purchased items then conversion took place AFTER the payment was placed , taking nearly double the money. Emailed to request an immediate cancellation but when they got back to me days later they said I’d be charged 10% fee and would take 7 business days. 3 weeks later still nothing until I emailed constantly asking for a refund of the $80 deducted from my account. To which they eventually replied, another week later, that they had processed $44 back. What a pain they are to deal with, absolutely scammers!

I ordered 3 items and had been waiting for a month then finally got them. But those items were totally different which I ordered. I emailed to return them and get a refund and they said they would only give me a 20% refund. This is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. To top it off they stopped responding to my messages. I will never use this scam site again.

The Size of the hoodie must be marked wrong, it's way too tight and short, the sleeves are so short it's not even funny, what's crazy is I ordered it bigger than the majority I wear, they will not return it or exchange, they offered a 30% refund, ($5.7) which I never received, I like the designs, there a little flimsy, but if it fit correctly I would be happy with it. A $35 dollar hoodie I cannot wear!

Product still not received!
After ordering early December as a Xmas gift, the last tracking update was 17 Dec. Have tried to contact company numerous times but not response. Either want the product or my money back. Some communication would be good!!

My wife bought me a jumper for Christmas. The jumper is comically small in size, she's tried reaching out to them but they are not responding. Same issue as others have mentioned. We've also noted that their return window is unusually small at 15 days so absolutely avoid using them if buying presents.

Cheap iron on that only lasts through one wash. They should have to disclose its cheap cheap total crap on a slow boat from china.... don't buy from this conpany

the clothes fit much too small and there was no possibility of returning them or obtaining a refund.

Would give 0 stars if I could. 3 tshirts were extremely faded and of bad quality as well as the hoodie I ordered. Tried to return them based on their own policy and never said anythiong until I put a dispute claim on my credit card. Then they shamefully responded begging for a lift to the freeze as they were a small business and needed the money. Will never buy anything from them again and will warn everyone I can about this scam company.
