My package says Delivered, yet has not arrived at all, when trying to get customer service, it can only be done by email as the rest of their contact information is invalid and the courier contact information is also invalid. When finally getting a response by email (in which I only asked to know what happened with the package) they only say they will refund me and then I can make a new order. I want the current order and to know what happened. I need the order to arrive soon, if I wait for a refund and process the order again, not only would there be a bigger delay, but I would also possibly go through the same issue again. When requesting a supervisor I only get the same automated response which seems to be made by AI. With the money invested one could at least expect a real person response. I would recommend just getting the service elsewhere considering that if you have any issues you won't even get the appropriate assistance.

Cosplay arrived on time and in good condition. The sizes are great and accurate when using the chart provided. I’m very happy with my purchas!!

The website itself is good. However, when I placed my order, here's what I received:

1. My order arrived more than 15 days later than the original maximum estimated delivery date.

2. The cosplay wasn't very good quality considering the price I paid. The stitching was poorly done with loose threads sticking out, there were visible glue marks, and some of the accessories were poorly made.

So, you can order from this site, but don't expect something amazing or free of defects.

I never have a complaint when I order from them. The costume comes on time. The costumes are made of good quality materials and they fit true to size. The wigs however can be a little fuller because you can see the tracks and net. But all in all the wigs fit well.

Shipping is always really quick. Cosplay are good quality only issue is the sizing can be a little difficult. Most of the codplays run small so I suggest sizing up but definitely look at the individual reviews to help you pick a size.

I highly recommend Miccostumes. I've bought several cosplays for myself and my wife, and the quality of the cosplay, from the fabric and materials to the aesthetics, is perfect and comfortable. Regarding shipping, I also have no complaints; they've always been fast and the packaging is well protected. I strongly recommend Miccostumes!

Shipping takes more than half a year. Items that have been ordered will get canceled few months later because they are suddenly not available anymore. Customer support is useless.

I was initially worried about this site because of the mixed reviews. I was told there was going to be about a two week ship time of my cosplay and I was able to get it four days later! The costume was very nice quality for the price I paid and the measurements was accurate. There was a problem with my tracking number at first but the very quick customer service assisted me and were very kind. I would like to buy more cosplays from this store in the future.

Shipped quickly and arrived earlier than expected. Grezt quality costume. Sizing usually runs small so I size up.

Scam website, after adding the costume in cart , the price went from $34 to $48 and no I am not referring to shipping cost! This scam website purposely increases price . I checked with my partner’s phone , same !!! It showed lower price and then when you checkout cart , the price of the item increases than what was advertised.Avoid!!!!

Quality was not great and sizing was inaccurate. It all smelled bad like cheap clothes from China and was very wrinkled and thin. I am 5’3” with a short torso and the bodysuit still only barely came up to my chest with the straps attached. It definitely did not fit there and didn’t cover as much as shown in the picture. It fit in the waist and was a little small in the hips, but was way too small for the bust. Jacket was a little tight but still useable, just very wrinkled and cheap-feeling with a strong smell. The tights were way too long and did not stay up, even when tied as tightly as possible. The gloves fit fine, but all of the accessories are very poor quality and can break very easily. Shipping was fast.

Really good customer service! I put the wrong address and got a response real quick, and they fixed the issue. Costume also came in four days, which was way faster than the time they estimated! Will buy from here again!

This is my first time using miccostumes because i heard the quality is good. I ordered my mista cosplay and wanting to get it by mid of june so I didn't worry about it and wait for a couple of weeks since I am a busy person. Then I notice there isn't an update so I checked my emails and they notified me that the mista cosplay is out of stock and will send out early-mid June. First of all you should've said so that it's sold out or out of stock so i can go to other stores before buying it. Terrible first impression for a customer. I'll probably never buying here again.

The Cosplay is amazing, hat and all, not a drop of polyester in sight (as most others have) but this one is extremely amazing detail down to the opening sleeves, its quite long on me but thats what I needed for the character im cosplaying named Richeh from Witch Hat Atlier. The only flaws is the pants are tight a bit, and the Suede fabric (the cape and hat) came smelling like fish. but it's because of being packed in the dark for so long so it's reasonable, it will come for some like this but otherwise this is perfect!! I reccomend letting the suede fabric airing out or washing it carfully (look it up on Google aince it's a delicate process!) And one more thing!! I highly reccomend ordering a size up than your usual one since mine was quite small on me but it will do for now. Im 5'0 and 115 pounds, I'd say for sure just size up especially if you have a bust measured just even a little bit over the costume measurements for whatever size you may be!

I LOVE costumes from here because great detail, great fit and affordable. So far I have purchased 6 different costumes. Bayonetta to complete look did have to replace earnings it came with and of course add the perfect hair and guns. Triss needed the leaf necklace and better hair piece. The costumes themselves are great make sure to check measurements. I'm 5'3" 122 lbs and size medium fits me perfectly. Delivery takes time but worth the wait.
