My experience has been great working with Morgan as a VIP member. I had troubleshooting issues and she responded quickly to troubleshoot the issue and help with a refund from a prior order that was not properly processed. People like Morgan make me have faith in the company and continue my business.

I’ve been shopping with Miami Sample since they opened during Covid. I’ve never had an issue shopping with them. I’ve shopped at least 20 orders. I’ve loved everything I’ve ever gotten.

Ordered twice from the same brand sample sale and my first order was okay, it was a swimsuit and the hygiene sticker left the stickiness on the swimsuit which was a pain to get out. My second order was also a swimsuit which had crochet on it and the crochet piece had a slight defect that made for an awkward wear. Could be an easy fix for someone who knows how to crochet but I do not. I reached out to customer service about this and they said their sample sale products may include defected products that were not deemed fit for sale. This isn’t said anywhere on the site. I just wish they were more transparent about this.

I ordered an item from a smaller label in August. In September, after Miami Sample's 4 week shipping window had passed without any communication, I reached out to their customer service team to inquire about the status. They responded quickly, and let me know that the items had not yet arrived at their warehouse. When I still hadn't received my items in November, I reached out again, to which they responded that the brand had overpromised on some items, leading them to oversell the top I ordered. I appreciated the prompt replies and refund, but if I hadn't reached out I suspect that the issue would have gone unresolved. I recommend sticking to ordering only from larger/more established brands, and I probably won't order from them again after this experience.

Miami Sample is LEGIT and their customer service team is wonderful. My order took a little over a month to receive, but I got ELEVEN Monday Swimwear pieces for only $240 with taxes and shipping!

Expect to wait for your packages! But it’s always worth it, amazing prices and a great curation of sample sales!

I loved my dress! Must buy for sure

I placed an order for a dress but was sent a completely different dress. I contacted Miami Sample, and they said they would look into it, but I’ve heard nothing back from them after several days. It was an expensive dress, and now I’m out hundreds of dollars and no one is communicating with me.

I ordered a gift for my sister from here and was really impressed with the deals, they're seriously good! It did take about 3 weeks for my order to arrive, but that makes sense since they source items from their partners. Honestly, it was totally worth the wait. Their customer service was also amazin, super responsive and helpful throughout. I can see why so many people shop here!

Miami Sample has a wide range of brands at really great prices! There are even some things (such as bikinis and rugs) that I don't buy from anywhere else and just wait until their sales are happening from the brands I like because the prices are so good. They also have great customer service!
