It's hard to put into words how much I love the team at MI Academy. I listened to the phenomenal content generated by their team at conferences for a couple of years and was always left buzzing and wanting more - but held back from engagement due to it not being the right time for my business nor my team. If you and your business are in the position to engage then I encourage you to leap wholeheartedly. All the way through COVID I have been overwhelmed with gratitude for the skills I learnt from Alita through our workshops - they have been everlasting and constantly giving - and helped us to front one of the toughest storms retailers in our age have ever seen. The team tailored the entire experience to our business and its needs. They did it with patience, kindness and humour - ready to scale up or scale down based on our needs. And most importantly - I wholeheartedly believe they are the best at what they do. Keep on rocking it MI! x

Well designed program, with too little time
Well designed program. The timing provided and the expectation of the time required when signing up was estimated "too little" for everything remotly. I felt it would have been better if more time was structured in up front, to foster relationships within your group.
