DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE
These were purchased on 16/5 with an expected delivery of 4-8/6. They arrived on 18th June, completely missing my Holliday! Communication was terrible, I had to keep emailing for a response. When they FINALLY arrived they were BENT out of shape! I had to pay to have them fixed as they were unusable. ZERO customer service or recovery. Their attitude was - just send them back for a refund. I spent $478 on these and waited for OVER a month for them. My expectation was a refund on the cost of repair with receipts provided. I am happy to upload the email exchange proving delayed responses and zero accountability. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE

I’ve been trying to get in touch via email regarding returning a pair of sunglasses, but I haven’t received any response. I’m now getting close to the end of the return window, and I’m concerned I’ll miss the deadline because I can’t get hold of anyone.

DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE....NO SHIPMENT OF PAID FOR PRODUCT & NO REPLY TO EMAILS
UPDATE 2:
The quoted delivery date has come & gone. I've had to contact Amex due to lack of shipment of goods, even after last week's promise that my order was being prepared for shipment. Now im receiving automated emails about further delays. From what I've read across multiple platforms, this isn't an isolated incident.....it's happened to many others. This company lies a lot, even in their response to my review. I've notified them that I'm going overseas next week & they could not care less. I can only conclude that this is a sham company.
UPDATE:
I've read the store's response to my review. First of all I emailed them more than 2 days ago & got no reply. The second email was sent yesterday during the store's business hours (11:30am) & still no reply when I checked my emails this morning. FYI, the chat bot won't connect you to a real person. I did finally get a reply this evening after leaving this review indicating that the order HAS NOT been posted yet. I've also come across feedback from other customers who said that their orders weren't received until a month after payment. Obviously, that's unacceptable. I will see how this plays out & if they don't ship soon, I 'll let the bank take care of it.

No shipment of paid for items! This company is akin to a scam. I ordered standard non prescription sunglasses, supposedly in stock a week ago & my order hasn't been shipped. To make matters worse, I'm leaving overseas for an extended period in 2 weeks. There is literally ZERO customer service. They are not contactable & the "live chat" is a useless bot. They don't even have a phone number. I've emailed them twice, posted on their social media to try & get help and there's been ZERO reply to anything. If they don't express ship by tomorrow, I'll have to contact my bank to try & reverse this pathetic transaction. I suggest people think twice before ordering from this company. Read the negative reviews which seem to be more reflective of this company based on my own very poor experience

Impressive delivery timeline and great customer service
I ordered Prada sunglasses online and customer service was prompt with email replies. I live in Canada and the item was delivered within a couple of weeks. The product was well packaged and easily trackable. I would not hesitate to order from Mia Burton once again, I highly recommend.

I would say stop going to SUNGLASS HUT and buy sunglasses only from Mia Burton. I got my Prada original sunglasses. No scratch and the packaging was great. Had the worst experience at SUNGLASS HUT. I got my Prada from there for $711, and I returned it as I got original and scratch free from MIA BURTON just at $306. I would say everyone should choose MIA Burton. 100% legit. Lots of love from Canada
