i ordered poco x6 pro 8/256 on 29 march and i emailed mi4ca to inform me about my order but they didn't get any updates until Monday. they were busy because of easter celebrations and they were so nice to actually upgrade me to 12/512gb poco x6 pro. i had a good experience with them, and i highly recommend mi4ca for android people.

I got exactly what I ordered and they even threw in an adapter for the international Xiaomi 90W charger! I love this phone and am very impressed with shipping speed. In around 52 hours it went from Hong Kong to my door in Nebraska, USA. Blown away by the speed and great communication along the way. Thank you Mi4Canada, you will be my go-to for future orders like this.

I can't review them much on the customer service side (I.E. warranty) as I haven't (and hopefully won't) needed that, so hopefully that aspect is as good as the rest.

I recently purchased an ASUS ROG 7 phone for $1200 CAD from Mi4 Canada. Within a year, the camera stopped working. Unfortunately, the company only offers support via email, which is inconvenient. After contacting them, they informed me that the phone was out of warranty and I would have to pay for repairs. Despite agreeing to the charge, I've had to constantly follow up on emails as different representatives respond each time. Although they promised to send a shipping label within 48 hours, it's been nearly a week and I haven't received it. This lack of follow-through is concerning, as I fear I may never receive the label or get my phone repaired. I've been using a faulty phone for almost 15-20 days now, as I don't have a spare. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions before purchasing from Mi4 Canada. Additionally, I want to highlight that I will update this review to share the outcome of the repair process once it's completed, assuming I receive the necessary support from Mi4 Canada.

Ordered my phone Friday and got phone the next Thursday and it's working flawless !! Next phone purchase will be on their website.

I bought a phone off them via etransfer at the beginning of the year. The phone arrived as stated within 5 days. No issues whatsoever. Now I'm returning to buy another phone. They have good prices too.

I have used Mi4 four times now and every time products came fast and as advertised. I had no trouble with phones from Sony either. Xperia phones work in Canada and although the charger may be European, with an adapter it has worked flawlessly. Looking to order another phone this week.

Got a great deal on a brand new flagship. These guys are the real deal, in my case it was shipped immediately from China and arrived to my doorstep in about 3 days time.
Would purchase from them again. Also, their support team is responsive and does their best to answer your questions & accommodate your order.

Had ordered a phone it was not in stock and they offered me a cheaper version but it was not what I wanted , I called and talked to someone and we agreed to cancel the order, that's now.9 days ago, the order is still on hold , I have left messages via on line form the chat and also phone and nothing. No response. I want my money refunded now and not in weeks

I received my phone really fast considering (2-3 days) considering it came from Hong Kong. Came in really well packaged, no worries there. They're a good source for hard to find phones in Canada.

Searched all sites in Canada for Xiaomi smart phone recommended by friend. Best prices, great discounts and fast transaction and person response time. Got phone from Hong Kong in 1 week, service and phone exceeded all expectations.

I bought a xiaomi 11 from them, died at 1.7 years old, email them and all they said is it's out of warranty, no sorry no advice on repair no nothing.

I just ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro. VERY HAPPY with the price, the customer service, and how quickly the order was filled/delivered despite me ordering over the holidays. The specific one I had selected unfortunately (colour) wasn't in stock, but they were quick to reach out to inform me, give me a time frame when that colour would be back in stock, and gave me the option to order in a different colour to receive it ASAP. Every response was answered within an hour. I am very impressed and will continue to order my and my family's phones from here in the future.
