One of the worst retailers I have ever had

I should have listened to the people who put their bad experiences for this online retailer. Only thing I am happy about this purchase is that the phone arrived from Hong Kong quickly. Bought a Motorola RAZR 6o ultra. Few weeks later after the purchase, the phone screen had an issue. After contacting many times and lengthy waits, finally sent the phone for repairs. They asked me to send everything that was originally in the phone box and I've sent everything. They said they would refund the postage. It took about 2 months as I remember to get the postage reimbursed. I didn't receive any update about the phone for a very long time. After multiple contact attempts, I received the phone and the charger without SIM tray pin, phone case and documents ( manual etc). I am still waiting even after 6 months for the missing items to arrive and they still haven't. Very unprofessional responses from the customer service. Not even a "Hello", " How are you". No greeting at all. One of the worst customer service ever in my life and I will never recommend or buy anything from them again. I have reported them to NSW Fair Trading and awaiting their response. Moreover, they will not answer calls at all. Only text or WhatsApp Messages and email. I'm not sure how they have good reviews and it is a big doubt that I still have. On the whole, try finding a reputable physical store than buying an expensive item from this type of online retailer. Good day!

Super fast communication

Super fast communication. I have bought the oppo n6 before the official Australian launch and for approx $500 cheaper than retail..

Speedy Fast delivery for an online shop! ordered on Sunday and received it by that same week on Wed. Package was well packed and good service. Would recommend. Although wasn't sure of the name of the company Seven Oceans

I was a little confused

I was a little confused when I got the email about my Phone being shipped without a tracking number.
The email I got from DHL had a company I did not know SEVEN OCEANS LIMITED.
And the first time customer discount was auto hidden by your menu so I did not get to use it, after all I did buy a $1000 plus item the discount option could have been on the cart page.

There is zero customer service after…

There is zero customer service after sales. I have sent my defective phone for warranty repair and there is literally no active communication on the vendor's end. I have been without this phone for six weeks now and if someone is answering the phone to me, this person is usually rude.

Bought a Xiaomi 15T pro 1T storage - great phone, overall not a great customer experience

Bought a Xiaomi 15T pro 1T storage global version. The phone is good, no issues.

However it got delivered with an official Xiaomi UK charger and a cheap aftermarket converter plug to AU power point. Sorry but why do I get an official UK charger while buying it in Australia from an Australian based company?

I contacted them and they responded: "Even you buy from Xiaomi Australia, They won't give charger in box. Xiaomi just started selling in Australia, so it was understandable no AU charger in box".

My partner has bought the same phone last week with another AU company and they did provide an official AU charger. Plus according to Google, Best mobile phone Australia has been selling Xiaomi phones since at least 2023, as a review back then was given.

I will buy the official charger myself ($80-100) but overall not a great customer experience with this company.

Best Mobile Phone Australia guys…

Best Mobile Phone Australia guys contacted me to give my feedback. Bought a few phones from them in the last 3 to 4 years. Never had an issue until the screen of Honor V5 started acting funny, I dropped by their Melton location. Two weeks later screen was replaced and was sent to my home. Honestly, they have the best price and phone, which are very hard to get here. Bought Oppo Find X9 pro for 1700 dollars, 600 dollars chaper what other retailers are selling at.

Worst experience ever in Australia

Worst experience ever in Australia:
poor quality mobile phone - faulty product that can not be turned on / off, 1st repair took three months; recurred after 3 days; after 2nd repair promised to refund in July 2025, but never arrived after continually faking to pay for 3 months,
We paid thousands in January 2025, till today we still receive NO refund NO phone
Hard to reach, lots of lies

Substandard phones and horrible customer service

The phones sold at Best mobile phones Australia, are substandard imports from Asia.

I bought a Sony Xperia from the site and within 2 years, the fingerprint hardware failed. I still have an Xperia that I bought since 2018 from an Aussie that doesn't have any issues till date.

Their customer service support is horrendous.
