First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave us an honest review.
I would like to offer my sincere apologies. Having looked personally into your order, it simply took far too long to arrive with you, and the responsibility for that lies entirely with us.
We are currently in the middle of relocating Metro Fixings to our new facility, and during the upheaval we were unable to locate the joist hangers on site. Because of that, we had to reorder them directly from Simpson Strong-Tie. As these particular hangers are bespoke-manufactured, having to produce them again added a substantial delay to the lead time.
That is not an excuse—we pride ourselves on proactive communication and high standards of service, and on this occasion we fell well short.
Should you or Mr Place feel confident enough to give us another try in the future, please contact either myself or our Internal Sales Manager, Daniel Crole-Rees, directly on 01707 375172. We will look after your order personally, ensure everything arrives strictly on time, and apply an agreed discount by way of an apology.
