Love the high quality service & quick turnaround
My 2 dogs are my family and Metlife Pet insurance is always very reasonable and fair when deciding what qualifies according to my plan. As soon as I submit a claim, it is reviewed quickly and sometimes my claim payment is in my bank the next day or the day after. So fast! I love the high quality service Metlife Pet provides!

Super simple and quick payout
Super simple and quick payout. My only complaint is the app is currently broken. It says I need to do a system update, but when I go to the Apple App Store. It shows the mobile app as up to date, this meant I had to use the online portal to submit, but that was still easy.
