Easy, user friendly. It was a pleasant surprise to see a family plan option. I have individual plans for my dogs but a family plan sounds perfect for my new kitten boys. And the price was the same as just one of my dogs

A must-have for senior pets
As my dog is entering her "twilight" years as a 17 year old, she has been exhibiting much more concerning ailments: cognitive dysfunction, arthritis, and kidney disease. It has been distressing to think about her quality of life and if I am prolonging her suffering. This is where I am extremely grateful for MetLife Pet Insurance. I didn't have to utilize this benefit until now, and I'm so glad I have it: I've been able to get my dog sufficient care from the vet clinic with insurance covering many of the costs (after I met the deductible). This has included: prescription medication, blood work, lab results, prescription food, and acupuncture. Thank you, MetLife, for not adding financial stress to an already challenging time for my fur baby and for giving me peace of mind, knowing that I can get her the care she needs.

When I started Coverage on my dog it was barely any waiting period.
I have had them for years however when I needed to file a claim for my pet, they were amazing and fast to receive my refund.
I have Routine and emergency which I love and would never change now that she is a senior
