I bought a pair of Mesmee shoes. The shoes were very poor quality with no arch support ...fit loosely and in general just a poorly maufactured pair of shoes.
The information says *Comfy Arch Support " which is a lie.
Bought them on March 25, 2026 for $87.26 CAD

There should be a 0 rating because that is what this Mesmee deserves! This is a company advertising MADE IN USA with American flag yet it is peddling low quality crap direct from China, which is why it took over 3 weeks to deliver, as it made its way from Chinese factory through ports, etc. I purchased suede shoes billed as "orthodpedic walking shoes" on sale for $39.99 (discounted from over $100!) and they appear to be made of thin cardboard, certainly not suede! A "wool" coat turned out to be cheap felt! And a "knitted" sweater was cheap polyester that you can get for half their sale price of $28 at Walmart! This site is a complete rip-off offering shabby junk which doesn't match the alluring photos of the garments. Based on other reviews which I found too late, I don't expect to get a refund.
BUYER BEWARE! This is a Chinese SCAM!

I ordered a suede jacket that turned out to be a cheaply made knit fabric with some sort of vinyl trim. I requested a return and refund, but they suggested I give the jacket to a friend as a gift. They assured me they had high quality standards at every stage of the process. They did offer a 10% refund, which would be $9. Please don't buy from these crooks.

Purchased "cashmere" shirt and was shipped polyester even in wrong colour and refund request ignored.

Do not buy anything from Mesmee!! I bought a sweater that was described as “50% cashmere, 50% cotton” material. They sent the same style sweater, but it’s “95% polyester, 5% spandex”, and they refuse to replace it or return my money!!
Total scam!!

Mesmer is terrible, only a half of my order came, it was the wrong size, and I can't get a hold of customer service. A $100 dollar mistake. Stay away from Mesmee

It should be zero stars. The quality of the products I received (sweaters) was way beyond poor. Not only was the craftsmanship terrible but the customer service was awful. Since returning the products would cost me as much as their purchase (another reason to NEVER buy from this site, I accepted a refund of 10% of the purchase price. This is extortion! Be warned!

The shirt I ordered was advertised as 50%cashmere/30%cotton (my first clue should have been them not stating what the other 20% was!)
Label on the product I received stated it is 95% polyester 5% spandex.
Learned my lesson..

Quality of the so called "Cashmere sweater" was very low. I wouldn't pay $5 from a street vendor.
Very disappointed.

9 weeks and no shoes. 2 emails no response. these people are crooks of the worst ilk. do not order a thing from them

WARNING! BUYER BEWARE! I was dissatisfied with the quality and color of the shoes. Although they were pictured as brown, I received an orangish color that was unacceptable. The shoes were more like a glorified horseshoe. There was a delayed, complicated process for a refund and to return the shoes. It finally wound up being that if I wanted a full return I would have to mail them to China at my own expense, otherwise I could keep the shoes and get 20% of my payment. Guess what I did.

The shoes I ordered took over a month to arrive, when they did thet were both the wrong size, and one pair was not even the shoe I ordered? Then when I notified them about the problem they suggested I give them to someone else or pay a restocking fee? Will never do business with this company again!

Seemed like a great deal for a pair of shoes and I acted too quickly on the Mesmee website without doing research. Did not receive selected shoe item! Oh, well, this is a learning incident!

Now Sept. 24 (a few weeks after initial order). Wow, the shoes did arrive! So, the website is legit, just wished they would have provided timely information as to delivery and responding to my online inquiry. Bottom line, shoes are as described and will certainly wear them!

I should have checked reviews for the company! Ordered on 8/24/24, paid with credit card as of today NO SHOES. Messaged company today 9/9/24 all of a saddened an up date says "arriving toady".
We'll see. I would have given a zero but not available, I wonder why?

They are SCAMERS. They heavily promoted the product (ortho shoes), selling supposedly for 70% off. Paid $45.
Received a low quality knock off on sale on the net for$11.99
The entire sales pitch is a bate and switch scam

I have repeatedly requested Mesmee cancel my order. I do not wish to order these shoes but they have ignored my requests. VERY annoying. Every day I receive an email asking me to complete my order. I want those emails to stop. I don’t want these bloody shoes!!!
