we had a Merlyn 6 series shower enclosure fitted in our bungalow which had deterioated and needed replacement.

I contacted Merlyn's Customer Service via email. Had a reply within minutes and a couple of emails later the spare parts I needed were on order. I would say the help Patrick gave me was above and beyond any other company i've dealt with, which was a really nice surprise.

Lovely shower door
Lovely shower door, good quality. A couple of finishing trims were missing from the handle but they were sent out to us immediately. I'm not sure what the 'lifetime' guarantee means but sounds impressive.

Very Efficient Service
I contacted Merlin regarding a request to supply seals for my shower .
They were very efficient and confirmed that they would send the 3 replacement seals free of charge as my shower was an old model.
I received the seals promptly and successfully fixed them to the shower.
I was very impressed by their customer service and would highly recommended them.
