Hi I contacted the team to enquire about availability and price of sheet seals as mine have need changing and without asking the are sending out FOC what an amazing thing to do

The service l received was excellent, prompt and very polite. The e mail exchange was second to none.

In 2020 I purchased my Merlyn ‘true stone’ shower tray, together with one of their glass screens. I was in the middle of a building project so they were both left outside in their packaging, as it was deemed the safest place. Unfortunately when builders unpacked everything they threw away the grill for the tray, as they didn’t notice it was attached to the packaging. I contacted Merlyn and even though we were in the middle of the pandemic, their customer service was outstanding. Today, after 5 years of everyday use the grill is starting to peel so I’ve just contacted their spare parts department again (apologies because I can’t remember the man’s name). Once again their customer service has been outstanding. So not only do I have a top quality shower tray and screen, I still feel like a valued customer 5 years after purchase. What a refreshing change, thank you Merlyn!

Brilliant service from the incredibly helpful Patrick.
I bought a Merlyn shower about a year ago and it has been the best shower I’ve ever owned. But unfortunately the bottom seal split.
Patrick asked for photos to correctly identify the product and replied straight away that he would be sending a replacement.
I can understand why this company is described as the Mercedes Benz of showers.
And Patrick is in the same league - a total credit to the company.

Bathroom was refitted 7 years ago and a shower screen seal had split. Supplied replacement seal plus spare quickly and foc. Excellent service!

Brilliant old-fashioned customer service. Was missing a small piece of my old shower cubicle. I emailed Merlyn and a nice chap called Aidan kindly sent me a replacement by courier free of charge. Impressed.

I wasn't sure if I'd registered my new shower screen to get the guarantee. Emailed Merlyn, they got back to me within a few hours to say they couldn't find my registration and if I gave them the details they'd register if for me. All sorted out, shower screen registered for the guarantee within no time at all. Well done to Merlyn support.

This company is amazing, the customer service is second to none!
We purchased two quadrant shower cubicles in 2009 and have been delighted with them, but after all that time the bearings and seals where looking a little worse for wear, not that they affected the use of the shower, so I requested some news parts to freshen it back up, and have been delighted with the service we have received from Merlyn, they supplied everything we needed under the warranty (can you believe that after 16 years)! And now they look brand new again! It was very easy to sort as we had the plan with all the part numbers required and customer services were extremely helpful and we received everything very quickly at no cost to us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase a shower, especially if they still offer the Lifetime warranty (don’t forget to keep your receipts)! My husband was amazed that it all went so well.
