I closed my account on the 6th may 2026…
I closed my account on the 6th may 2026 for gambling addiction (gambling via crypto). They sent me an email stating that I wouldn’t be able to use their platform again. Yesterday I was able to make another account completely unverified btw. And was able to buy and lose money. Very unsafe for customers.

I made a purchase on June 6, 2026, and my 1,000 Baht was deducted, but the status is stuck at "Blockchain ID: to be expected". I have been chasing this for days. The support agents are completely incompetent, giving generic copy-paste answers that don't address the issue, and then ignoring me. This is the worst service ever. Release my funds or refund me immediately!

My recent experience with Mercuryo was mixed.
I placed a SEPA order for €1,100 to purchase ETH. The order initially displayed an expected amount of 0.76816661273806332 ETH.
The transfer was processed successfully and I ultimately received 0.751813618305456486 ETH. While the difference itself was not huge, what concerned me was the lack of transparency around how the final amount was determined.
When I contacted support, I initially received an explanation that the exchange rate was agreed and locked when the order was created. After further investigation, I was later informed that the original quote had expired and that the transaction was executed using a refreshed market quote when the payment was processed.
The support team eventually acknowledged that earlier communications may have created confusion and apologized for the misunderstanding.
My main criticism is transparency. Mercuryo was unable to provide the exact execution rate, pricing breakdown, spread, quote expiration timestamp, or transaction-level pricing details. Customers are therefore expected to trust the final result without being able to independently verify the calculation.
To be fair, the ETH was delivered successfully and the support team remained professional throughout the discussion. However, I believe customers would benefit from much clearer information about:
how long quotes remain valid,
when quotes expire,
when payments are considered received,
and how final execution amounts are calculated.
I would use the service again only for convenience, but for larger transactions I would personally prefer platforms that provide greater pricing transparency.

Mercuro upped fee after I pressed purchase
Payment went through in less than 3 minutes. Mercuro however quoted a fee of $98. However after I clicked purchase they raised it to $110. That's BS.
