Ordered a phone case with a minimal graphic design and it wore off within a month. When I reached out to complain about the quality of the product, I never got a response. Absolute shit.

My phone case is faulty and no one is replying back as I want exchange. Seems to be happening to a lot of people! And the phone cases are expensive!!

Absolute scammers!! I have contacted you in every way possible, I ordered my case weeks ago and you haven’t responded and I have not received it.

You have now tried to dispute with my bank account, thinking you can keep my money without sending the item I paid for.

You should be shut down immediately

I would have given 0 stars if I could. I ordered a case (Im pretty cool but I cry a lot). Delivery was fine, but the case quality is really disappointing. The letters are coming off after using the case for just about 2 weeks (they are just "glued" on the back of the case, I though that would be different - otherwise I wouldnt have purchased it in the first place). But the tip of the iceberg is that I have beeeeen trying to contact the company through Instagram, Mail, the website without any response for almost a month now!

SCAM!! They never send shipping info even after being contacted through the support email and instagram. DO NOT BUY! I wish I could rate them 0 stars

Zero stars are unfortunately not possible so leaving 1. Received a completely wrong order (wrong case size, wrong design), requested a refund and possibility to return the case I have gotten, no reply. Followed up already additional 2 times and still no feedback. They are simply ignoring my request. Unprofessional and unkind.

product ordered and tracking arrived and the tracking already had problems.
i waited 2 months, tried to contact them and they won’t answer me neither via email nor via Instagram, but they had the time to cancel the comments under their posts where I was asking for explanations.
now 6 months passed and nothing arrived and they disappeared.

Got my order but wanted to return. Sent numerous emails, Instagram messages etc and nothing. AVOID

I have ordered from this company multiple times over the last few years without issue, but that has very much changed with recent orders.
The only email I've received is the order confirmation - They never responded to any of emails asking for an order status update.
They delete comments made on their Instagram posts asking for help. Not sure what changed with the company, but I'll never order from here again.

An absolutely terrible company. Their returns policy states that they offer 30 day free returns if you contact them via email and organise your return with them. I have had no response from them at all. They don’t respond to emails, contact forms or any sort of messaging on social media. Stay away and do not buy from this brand. They are a complete and utter scam and I am so disappointed that people like this are allowed to run a business and exploit customers.

Case already peels off after 3 months and rarely use.
Contacted the customer service few times via email and also on Instagram.
Never got a reply.
Wouldn’t buy anything there again.

Poor quality and customer service not there.

They are a scam. I’ve bought my phone case over 2 weeks ago. Never heard from them. Messaged on instagram as well as emailed and haven’t heard from them still.

DO NOT ORDER FROM Merch Amsterdam. They do not deliver. It's scam.

Placed an order with 2-4 day delivery. Item never appeared, no update etc so emailed company 4 times with no response. Eventually they answered an Instagram message and stated the item was pre order. This is absolutely not the case and I have the marketing emails stating “in stock buy while stocks last”

The cover arrived in perfect conditions and the quality is also great!:) I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews!!

They are scamming, DO NOT ORDER from here. Havent received anything and they dont answer back on e-mails or anything.
