From the moment I visited the showroom, the whole experience was professional, welcoming and straightforward. In particular, I would like to recognise Mr. Dayle , who looked after me throughout the process.
Dayle was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely helpful, patient and professional, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision, and he made the entire process of changing my car and purchasing my new Mercedes-Benz a genuinely enjoyable experience.
His customer service was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Staff like Dayle are a real credit to Mercedes-Benz, and I would be very happy to recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes-Benz.

I’ve collected my Brand new E class from Mercedes Erdington in Birmingham the process was so smooth they have so many different models on sight and offer you test drives and talk you through in detail about everything the sales person who helped me out to get my car named Jack he was so good with me have enough knowledge and experience.

Doesn’t allow me to put NO star
Doesn’t allow me to put NO starts. Thieves, cons and rude. I don’t know what others are reviewing but the worst customer service I have ever had with them selling not road worthy cars and having risk of fatal accidents due to the condition of their used car. Never recommend anyone using both finance and Mercedes west London.
