Nice cars but to get a finance with them is very disappointing... especially after paid my second finance with them...
After ending 2 finances I had the experience to see a big disappointment regarding the mercedes finance customer service that was 0 ZERO , NO ONE TO DISCUSS OR try to see why your finance has not been approved ..... lack of disrespect and trust

The showroom staff are always very welcoming and explain everything in great detail. I have never had the same experience with other car showroom staff which is why I only buy from Mercedes-Benz now.

The Whole dealership team are focused on the customer experience- from receptionists to all the Sales team. A very Friendly place to buy a car from, my Sales Executive Joe was the ultimate professional guiding me through every step of the buying process.

I had a great experience, thanks to the agent’s patience and clear communication. The finance process made me nervous, but he worked with me calmly and explained everything as we went, which led to a successful outcome. Even though he was ill with flu-like symptoms, he continued to provide updates and reassurance, excellent service.
