Very good quality, a great price and quick delivery!

I gave specific details of the order I wanted and received confirmation by return e-mail. The product I received was not quite as my instructions, and I informed customer services. They immediately rectified the mistake and sent me my order perfectly fulfilled. The quality and design of the grave vase I purchased for my father's grave is exceptional. I had previously purchased something similar from this company for my mother and grandparents' grave back in 2018. I would recommend Memorials Direct to anyone. They are friendly to deal with and the delivery service is great. Very impressive company.

I wanted a 6x6 flower pot in granite to put on a family members grave. I wasn't sure about ordering online at first. But the examples on the Memorials Direct site looked really good. Having received it, only days after ordering, I was delighted with the quality and the finish. The price included the flower rose and the engraving. It's solid granite and is very heavy. Great quality at a great price. Special thanks to Jamie, who i believe done the engraving. Great job.

The company did send me the wrong flowers to start with, but I just called up and the correct order was sent and received the very next day. Not many company's where you can call up and speak to someone anymore. The customer service was brilliant. Thank you again xxx

Beautiful engraved photo memorial plaque arrived of my husband today engraved by Jamie ,Totally thrilled with it but I don’t like the stand it’s not strong enough to withstand high winds sitting at a graveyard so I will need someone to make a stake & a frame with sides I can slide it into,shame though.

The product was exactly what we expected, the packaging wasn’t the best, we had a slight chip in the granite, not sure if this was due to the couriers or not, mentioned this in an email, the customer services were understanding and offered a 10% discount,

There service is so good, first i received my delivery broken but then reached to them they sent me replacement within one day.

The memorial plaques are excellent. The product is made really well, I order the larger size and looks absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this company.
