I’ve tried a lot of wellbeing apps before, but this one feels more human. Less noise, more clarity. The reflections helped me see myself with a bit more compassion

I was subjected to numerous advertisements to this App signed up for an initial period for €34.99 immediately upon being bombarded with notifications and useless information that I could get anywhere realised I’d made a huge mistake I didn’t proceed with registration and completing download. I did not request a refund however they then took a second unauthorised payment of €54.99 from my account which I hadn’t authorised and are refusing to refund this as it’s in the details of the App that refunds are not given unless the program is not working!! Useless product corrupt company do not touch!!

MellowFlow made me realise how scattered I’ve been. After a few weeks, I feel more grounded, like I finally know what my mind is trying to tell me instead of fighting it

It puts my thought into words on paper that I can start to trace my discomforts and read it back to myself how to overcome my anxieties

I didn’t expect the breathing guides to become part of my routine but they did. It’s become my little pause between tasks and it keeps me from spiralling back into stress

This company posts ads talking about trauma, but the app is only for ADHD and procrastination. Their return policy is ridiculous, you have to claim within 11 days of purchase and proof that you've done the exercises 7 days in a row. The app doesn't keep track of your sessions if you switch programs (ADHD to procrastination or vice versa) and you need to take screenshots to prove you've tried the program. I bought 4 phone sessions too and never got neither a conversation nor an email, after the first email where the therapist claimed my phone number didn't work. I responded and explained i was in Europe so he needed to use the country code provided. I never heard from him again. This is a complete scam, do not purchase.

I’m not great with consistency but the app somehow keeps me showing up. Even on lazy days, I end up doing at least one check-in and it still feels like progress

The journaling prompts feel like someone asking the right questions at the right time. It’s almost weird how accurately they reflect what I’m going through

I've been scammed!
I paid €29 for an analysis, not an app!
But then, without my order, they simply withdrew another €51.46 without any booking request or app download on my side ! They're only offering me a 25% refund!
It's presented as "take it or you get nothing back."
I advise against this app; they also want to sell coaching services, etc.
A rip-off!

They let you register for a small periode for a small amount. I unsubscribed from the app, i tried to reenter they did not recongise my email. Still they used my paypal subscribtion and charged me as if I was still subscribing.

Your daily Exercises released some new energy toward starting projects. I feel like I have a guide now, a place to start each day.
I had trouble staying focused with some of the initial longer readings.

What surprised me most is how the simplest exercises can shift my whole day. I use the grounding one whenever my mind starts racing and it genuinely helps me calm down

I started using the sleep prompts and didn’t realise how much my thoughts were keeping me up. Writing them out before bed feels like clearing my mind for the first time in ages

They are a complete scam, they charge you the first price of around €36, then without you knowing they charge your card again of €123. DO NOT USE !!!!

The routines feel doable even on bad days. Some apps push too hard but this one feels like a gentle hand on the shoulder reminding you to breathe and keep moving

MellowFlow helped me get out of that autopilot mode I was stuck in. I’m finally paying attention to how I feel instead of brushing everything aside and pretending it’s fine

Do not use this app if you have ADHD. I paid £20 for a trial and then got charged £47 twice for 2 months subscription. The app did not work for me so I asked for a refund. I was told no because I had not logged in and used for 7 days. I wrote to the company and they referred me to their cancellation policy. You have to provide a lot of evidence to prove the app was used and not suitable. Who with ADHD reads small print? It goes against the issue that those of us with ADHD battle with. When trying to cancel they offered a 30% discount and then a further 25% discount so they are completely overpricing this product. I have asked to raise a complaint and have been ignored. It’s a scam. Stay clear.

I am enjoying the exercises a lot. I am reading and doing all parts of lessons. Thank you for the opportunity to use the tools you provide to help conquer this problem.
