Use Shockingly Dangerous Pharmacy sending LIFE Threatening Wrong Medication
Hello Mello Doctors seem good but the pharmacies they use are shockingly BAD!
I have an anaphylactic allergy, one ingredient can actually kill me. THREE TIMES I've been sent my medication with this ingredient in 18 months!
Also the medication and the battery of my latest script were ordered at the same time on Friday. Today Wednesday I recieved the medication with no battery to dispense it! After calling the pharmacy the medication comes from i was told the battery comes from another pharmacy. So I called hello mello and found out the battery is only being sent out today, but was not handed over to Australia Post yet! So I have medication but no way to take it! And there are no guarantees Australia Post will even get it today. So it looks like it will next week IF I'M LUCKY before I can take my meds.
Surely they can do better than this.
Currently googling other companies to use.

This company does not have your medical welfare as it's priority..... I have been waiting well over a week since payment for product...if I hadn't chased them up I would still be wondering where it is. They waited over 4 days to put in for TGA approval. Having 100s of dollars off me it's hard to go somewhere else. They have you over a barrel. The first time was way faster than anytime since. Still waiting
