I already buyed 4 times from Megekko and i never was disappointed, very professional and always on time, my RX 9070xt came to me safe and fast!

A company that has already proven itself should have its own delivery system. It’s not ethical at all to just hand the orders over to DHL and wash their hands of it. Once the package leaves their warehouse, they simply say “There’s nothing I can do anymore” and step aside. When I contact the shipping company for help, they tell me, “The only person who can help you is the one who sent the product.” Honestly, there’s no such thing as customer service here.

They are terrible in customer service. I have purchases twice from them, and they handed the items to DHL, which after making fun of me for a week that we are coming today, oh no, we missed you, and coming tomorrow until they said the items are defective and return. And when I contact Megekko, they say they can't do anything, despite they have written "VOOR 22:30 BESTELD? MORGEN IN HUIS!" on their front-page...
I will never ever consider buyying anything from them anymore.

I ordered a set of Crucial RAM (Order ME210226000549) from Megekko on February 21. While the initial order process was smooth and I was told the package was dispatched the next day, the item has still not arrived. There have been no tracking updates or communication regarding the delay. I have now had to request a refund so I can shop elsewhere. Very disappointed with the lack of follow-through on delivery.

Hello, first of all, I'm giving you 1 star, and why only because you send parcels with Post.nl, which flies like a balloon, drives up to the house, waits for 2 minutes, then drives away and jumps out with an e-package. It will arrive the next day. I suggest you change your delivery service to DHL and remove Post.nl from your offer altogether, because this is not the first time I've reported this to the police. I hope you'll reconsider, because the monitor was supposed to be a gift today, and a certain person won't receive it... thank you very much!!!

The whole pc build ordered on friday, arrived on saturday around 1pm. No issues whatsoever, really good packaging, everything works perfect. Highly recommend

I ordered a BenQ Zowie monitor. After 1-2 days of use, a stripe appeared on the screen. Apparently, it was a defect. I returned it and received a replacement within a couple of days. Good service.

I returned my motherboard after ~1.5 years because the onboard Ethernet controller became unstable. The rest of the motherboard functioned normally.

After inspection, Megekko claimed the CPU socket has a bent pin and refused to test the board or the Ethernet issue. I was told I must pay for a repair, even though the pins were not bent when I shipped the motherboard and the reported problem was unrelated to the socket.

They did not provide proof that the Ethernet issue was caused by the socket, nor did they attempt to diagnose the original problem. Responsibility was immediately shifted to me, and warranty support was denied.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Megekko if you expect fair troubleshooting or accountability.

I was bought in august asus rog astral 5080 after 2 months this videocard have defekt , i send it to them they are replace it with new one , and after 2 months new videocard5080 have the same defekts o send it again to them , they are keep whole week but n the result test only 4 hours and send it back to me with not fixed defekt i put this videcard in my pc and again have the all same defekts i was recorder for them video worh this defekts and also record wheb i use my old 3080 videocard with any defekts on the same pc , send it again and they again answered than they dont found any defekts and dont provide me with any videos or etc .. i ask return my money because i am not interested for 2000€ play with this defekts and discomfort and they answered than they cant refund me , i allready apply to consuwizjer , and next steps i go to court , and always they send same answer to email they taste and dont found nothing and just always try to make than is another some part from pc , which one i buy all from this scam shop and when i answer i can bring all my pc to check they ask me money to pay for it all parts almost new with garantie from this shop , and they cannot provide with any video than they are tested it … 🤦🏻‍♂️
