Thank you Meggeko, all my purchases had been well delivered right next day, right on time.

I ordered a tablet cover from this website. When I received an e-mail of it being dropped of at my appointed shipping address, and went to retrieve my parcel, it turned out they did not have my package.

I contacted Megekko back and forth with very lovely and patient customer service workers, who aided me providing tips on what I can do in this situation.

Sadly, I never did find the case. So they offered to send me a replacement, free of charge, even to a different address of my choosing. Turns out the issue laid with me - I clicked on 'Bezorgen op alternatief adres' instead of the 'Afhalen op PostNL afhaalpunt' option. A grave mistake on my behalf.

Nevertheless, they were angels from start to finish. I ended up getting a super high quality case extremely quickly with their minute to minute availability to help my case.

You can be guaranteed you'll get good quality products if you order at Megekko. I'll definitely come back here whenever I need something else! This time, taking better care during my order..

I've bought a motherboard from Megekko.
When I set everything up, my PC didn't turn on.
It turned up that CPU socket was damaged.
I'm still not sure whose falut it was, but I sent it back and Megekko repaired it for free.
After that, everything works as a charm.

Two years ago I built my own custom desktop PC buying the OEM parts from Megekko, and including my other purchases afterwards all went pretty smoothly! Delivery, packaging, purchasing on the website; all are fantastic. I was unlucky with the “coil whine” issue on the PSU but had no issue at all to have a replacement. At the rough times when stocks are scarce for GPUs, the customer support was helping to have least possible delay and issues with my purchases based on their stock availability. It was a great experience with them as well! Overall, it’s trustworthy and smooth to buy from Megekko.

I returned a motherboard for a refund. Meggeko tells me the serial number is damaged. NOT true. There was thermal paste on the motherboard.NOT true . I am no longer a fast klant with Meggeko

After my laptop was stolen, I needed a replacement quickly and had a great experience with Megekko.
One of the reasons I chose them was their good selection of laptops with QWERTY keyboards, which can be surprisingly difficult to find when ordering from Belgium.

Pricing was competitive, the ordering process was straightforward, and communication was clear throughout. Most importantly, delivery was very fast, allowing me to get back up and running with minimal disruption.

As a customer based in Belgium, I would happily order from Megekko again and can recommend them to anyone looking for good prices, fast service, and a wider range of QWERTY laptop options than any local retailers over here offer.

Was initially buying PC components, and I can say that they have reasonable (and sometimes favorable) pricing and variety of products. Delivery - quite good, had only one small issue because the supplier could not provide the (one) necessary component in time, which meant instead of Friday I got my delivery on Tuesday. Packaging is good, everything also came in functioning as supposed. I have to also admit the work of customer support, as I was really excited about my deliveries, and been asking questions to support. The answers were fast and descriptive and helpful

WARNING: They blame you for damage to avoid refunds!

I bought a monitor at the Breda store based entirely on staff advice. It was falsely advertised and failed my technical requirements.

I personally returned it to the Breda store in perfect condition with the protective film intact. I explicitly requested an on-the-spot inspection. Staff flat out refused, stating the central warehouse handles it.

Days later, they rejected my return using static photos of a scratch. Because they refused the in-store check, the chain of custody was broken. The damage easily could have happened during their internal transport, yet they blame me. They refused to provide an unboxing video, saying "pictures speak for themselves." I had to retrieve the package and bring it back to the store just to force an inspection in front of me.

I have read many of the comments here, and unfortunately it seems we have experienced a very similar situation, if not an even worse one.

Due to shipping issues, we decided to collect the product directly from the store. We purchased an desktop ( around 4200€) and LG monitor worth approximately €400. After testing it, we realized that the refresh rate did not meet our needs, so we decided to return it and purchase a higher refresh rate model instead from the same place!
After returning the monitor, we received an email stating that they had found a small scratch on the screen and were therefore refusing the return. The most frustrating part is that when we handed the monitor back, we specifically offered to inspect it together with a store employee to confirm its condition. We were told that another department would handle the inspection later.

Now I understand why their process works this way: it allows them to make claims after the fact, leaving customers with very little opportunity to defend themselves.

I am an engineer, and my wife is an architect. We have always acted honestly and in good faith. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot say the same about this company.

We strongly dispute this claim and will continue pursuing the matter through legal channels. Someone has to stand up against practices like this.

Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company even for small items.

Ordered most of my parts from Megekko to build a new PC, each component was cheaper than their competitors and delivered the next day after ordering, packages were nearly put together for a safe delivery and I'd definitely recommend anyone to order from them.

Spent more than 10k with them over the years. Built multiple high end PCs and bought peripherals. I ordered a basic ssd. DHL did not deliver it, yet marked it as delivered in the post box. DHL "investigated" themselves and found nothing (just go read the DHL trustpilot if you want to see what a trash company looks like) . Meanwhile megekko treats me like I'm trying to scam them out of a basic ssd. Moral of story is that you should never be loyal to a company. And if you expect them to side with you when the delivery driver steals your things, better go spend your money somewhere else.

exceptional websites, bought many parts, got it all as quickly as possible, 1 item was delayed for 1 month, but they’ve send everything what’s been in the order, and removed the delayed one. Quick customer support, perfect deals

Ordered multiple complete high en systems with them. 10 days after warranty 2 hardware items broke down. When I contacted them the answer given was plain and simple. outside of warranty. I expected an item that is 700 euros to last longer than the warranty. Lost me as a customer.

Horrible from delivery to customer service, customer service will go though all length to not help, first they said the item i bought wasnt compatible which its advertised to be then i showed them how stupid they sounded then they ignored me and i had to message again and again till they responded and said i didnt know how to install it despite me working with pc's for a living. The issue is never them, never buy from here check amazon or alternate much better

Had no issues ordering items and buying them. Like that there is lots of options for how the parcel will be delivered. Good,save packaging and all came on time.
