Scammers, refunds only in "free spins"
I joined up on a promo for 50 free spins and a wager match. Unfortunately the promos didn't work and it was all very confusing to access. I contacted support who were able to help me and I got my free spins. Problem solved, or so I thought.
After the promotion, I played using my own money and ended up with some winnings. But when I went to play again using those winnings, my account balance had suddenly dropped to £0. I contacted support again, and after more than a week of waiting, I was told that the funds had gone missing — they acknowledged something went wrong, but said they couldn’t return the money or refund me.
Instead, they offered more free spins “as a gesture,” which I declined. To me, offering free spins instead of resolving a genuine issue just encourages further gambling and feels incredibly inappropriate and unethical. I asked again for a refund or proper resolution, but they ignored that part of the request and closed the conversation with a generic “sorry you're unsatisfied” message.
It’s extremely frustrating to have your money disappear, only for the company to admit fault and still refuse to make it right. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust this platform with any more of my money.

Says account is verified on registration, you go to withdraw anything and then you need to upload 5 documents, not just that, there is no estimated time, u cant even do it through live chat and they take their SWEET time doing it. Have you noticed how many uk casino sites that are regulated by the UKGC are rated so poorly
It shows how badly the UKGC are doing.
The reason for the bad reviews is there’s a slot provider called Pragmatic, they provide a massive amount of slots, good slots but they have been corrupted.
Every few days they lower the RTP to a level where the slots stop paying.
Anyone that plays them will experience it as all of their slots are lowered at the same time.
They receive their revenue based on commission, so the more their slots generate the more they make.
The casinos can pretend to be unaware but they just need to look at the massive increases in revenue which happens every week now.
I have contacted casinos about it but they reply by saying all the slots are provided by regulated providers and ignore what I’m trying to tell them because they make a lot of cash from it.
I’ve spoken with the UKGC who need proof, so I’m making videos.
What would really help is all you people that can clearly see there’s something going on to do the same. Perhaps if the UKGC received a lot of these similar complaints they may act on it but remember they receive donations from casinos so can be corrupted.
