PC broke down after 5 months. Poor backup.
PC broke down after 5 months. Warranty backup is very poor and was us trying to fix the PC with their instructions - and when this didn't work we got loads of stalling emails trying to stop us demanding a refund. Shop elsewhere.

My Megaport PC graphic card burnt after 2 years and 3 months
It must have been poorly assembled to lead to such a situation
No extended warranty nothing from Megaport. I have to buy a new one.
Never again I would trust them.

Bought 2 computers from them two years…
Bought 2 computers from them two years ago. First one came was not booting they payed for return and fixed it. Last month I worte since a fan became noisy on one of these computers, they sent a replacement. Good service, price was good too. I strongly recomand

GOOD PC BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered the pc with custom parts. I enjoy the pc as a whole bit it came with broken ssata pins. I called their customer service, no reply. I send 2 emails and I get automated replies. I will have to pay the repair myself and I think they should at least refund me this part so I can pay for it. Good pc, bad customer service.

An outstanding purchase experience
My purchase experience with Megaport was oustanding: I bought a gaming pc from their online shop and I can say that everything was perfect. It arrived in a few days despite of the Black Friday week, very well packed and in perfect conditions (from Germany to Italy), all the parts are exactly as indicated in the machine description (both brand and caracteristics). The pc was entirely configurared by Megaport Team, so the only thing that remains to do is to press the button and start to having fun :)
