Worst service of all time

Worst service of all time, would not recommend even applying with them.

I got a contract through their website and i confirmed after confirmation received error messages. Called the helping line they spoke perfect english but refused to assist me unless i spoke german, i asked for a english hotline then they said there's no english line then i asked how I was supposed to get help and he simple reverted back to speaking german to me.

don't bother in trying to get service with them simply only keeps going downhill.

Not respecting contract terms

I signed a contract that clearly says that I would carry my old number with HTP. They sent me another number. After calling and sending all the papers they have asked me, they still did not transfer my old number but they do charge me every month. I cancelled the contract but of course they will still be charging for 2 years, although I do not use the number they have sent me.
