Terrible experience. I rented a Toyota Corolla that already had bumper damage and multiple scratches. I documented everything at pickup and even sent photos when asked. At drop-off, I took timestamped pictures showing the car in the same condition, yet they still tried to charge me for damage I didn’t cause.

The company won’t answer calls, ignored my proof, and blacklisted me when I disputed their claim. This is a scam — they charge customers for pre-existing damage. Avoid at all costs.

Worse experience ever

Worse experience ever. Customer service at its lowest. Will not answer the phone and will not call you back. Added a $150 cleaning fee for no reason.

Worst experience and overcharged

I returned the rental car on time and received an invoice with a late charge fee. I contacted the company and was told i would receive a reimbursement and have yet to receive or speak with someone again. I keep calling and leaving messages with the customer service rep and no return call or reimbursement. This company is the worst.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!

I reserved with this company from June 21-23. I turned my car in June 22 in the evening. My original reservation price was $123 on Expedia booked under what seemed to be the company called “Economy” as that was the logo on the listing. When I got to the counter to pick up the car they said it was now ~$200. I paid it, was not happy since my original booking was $123. When I turned in the car my receipt came back at $243. Now my credit card says they charged me $547!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!! They had terrible service throughout, shuttle pick up took forever. No reason it started at $123 and ended up $547 for only 2 days!! I should be paying for the original $123 as said in the booking!

Car was cancelled by Mega

Worst experience ever. My reservation was made in January and they cancelled my car 3 hours before pick up. I got a text saying my rental was cancelled due to "unforeseen circumstances". I reserved through Expedia. I called Mega and never got a call back. No cars at the airport when we arrived. Very stressful and inconvenient! I will never use them again. Do not use this company.

The customer service was terrible and…

The customer service was terrible and the young lady was being racist. She kept taking me through all these changes about insurance even though my information was on file. Also telling me the car was brand new and I would be liable for damages. I have rented from them before so was in good standing. My flight was delayed which caused me to be late to pick up the car and they charged be $15 extra per day for being late even though it was out of my control. I feel like that totally could have been waved. I will not ever rent from this establishment again. The best part about dealing with them were the drivers. They both were courteous and friendly

They charge 80 to keep for one day so…

They charge 80 to keep for one day so every day you want to keep the car longer then planned you pay 80 extra dollars they say they charge a 350 cleaning fee if you smoke but took my whole 500 deposit in they took another 100 off my card 3 day after I turned the car in

Lied kept my deposit said would give money back on days not used. I returned my rental car early cost me over 3k for month i want my deposit back and unused days which they charged 128 a day for extending my rental

This company really worked hard to make…

This company really worked hard to make sure my reservation went smoothly even though i had a rough day. Great customer service i purchased there full protection thank goodness i did it was less hassle when i had flat tire i highly recommend renting from this company

When you make your reservation and get…

When you make your reservation and get there the car you order isn’t available, so therefore you have no choice but get what they have and they won’t use your insurance said that you have to have a certain liability insurance coverage so therefore, you have to use theirs I’ve never heard of that before. And yes, they do just have people working there that do not know the cars.
