Scam company

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Do not order from this company. I ordered a swimsuit didn't fit properly so wanted to return it. When you email them they say a ticket has been sent to you there is nothing on the ticket and no other way of getting a refund. I now have swimwear that I won't be wearing. Their site should be banned .

Fast delivery & all fine with this order

Fast delivery. Fit, and ease of order - was all fine. Will be keeping swimwear items. I see the reviews below are all poor. As I have had no reason to return anything I haven’t had that experience.

Continuing in their dreadful customer…

Continuing in their dreadful customer service!!
Ordered 2 costumes. Sent one back to a Reading post code. Which was on their parcel.
BEWARE NO SUCH ADDRESS!!!
They then claim no responsibility as they are in US.
Customer service texts grasp of English language is poor.
Getting nowhere………

Wrong size

Phew everything was Fine

I read the reviews on Trustpilot and panicked, I had just spent nearly £100 on the perfect swimsuits for my holiday, and thought I had just made a huge mistake, the tracking ref didn't work, Oh No! Emailed Meet Curve for advise re tracking ref, got email back within 24hr giving me a tracking link, 3 days later my costumes arrived, they are amazing, I love them and am so happy, I'm not saying that Meet Curve have not let customers down, I have had no issue's except the fear I felt after reading these reviews.

Never shopping here again

The return and refund process with this company is nothing but difficult. I had to negotiate with the customer service representative over several emails as they wouldn't give me my money back. They finally agreed to let me return the items that did not fit and I still have not had my money refunded (it's been 2 months!). I won't be shopping here again.

Awful customer service and product

Awful customer service and product. I measured according to their chart, placed my order and when they swimsuits arrived, they didn't fit. I tried contacting them as their return policy is within 15 days of receipt of item. No one ever got back to me. So, now I'm stuck with 2 suits that don't fit and out $80.

Scam - Do Not Lose Your Money

They are giving me the runaround for 3 weeks now for a refund. They told me my order was too big and I won't be able to return anything. So, I canceled the order. Now they won't give me a refund. They didn't even ship the products. This company is a scam.

My bottoms came without the belt…

My bottoms came without the belt pictured. I asked for them to send it. The company lied and said the belt comes with the top. Now I have bottoms with empty belt hoops. Awkward. Would have been an easy resolution. Now they lost a customer.

Not for tall women and no returns.

Everything is too short. Don't try to get a refund on anything that doesn't fit neither. I've been arguing with them for about a week and can already see I will end up paying half price for three items I can't wear because they won't take them back.

Refused to give return code

Items came in wrong colour and sizes not true.

Tried to return, they refused retur and offered £20 instead of £70.26.

I have emailed, messaged on Facebook. But no reply.

They offered discount code, I refused as do not want to order from this company again.

Please do not order from them. Very bad experience

FRAUD-2 ORDERS/NONE ARRIVED!

It's supposed to be a US company. In fact, it's all made in C...a. Customer service, always the same and only KAREN, certainly uses typically Chinese scripts. I have not received my swimsuits order in time for my Vacation and spent a good deal of time trying to get some service as the package was supposed to get to Canada while I was away. She offered 36$ and keep the items I had not received, then 80$, then a gift order of the amount of my not yet arrived order to be applied to the next, etc. I have asked for a simple return/refund once I would be back to Canada. There is NO such thing. She drags on from emails to emails... I have carefully read their policy which states that the return has to be made within 2 weeks after the arrival of the order or else NO RETURN/NO REFUND. Nowhere is the return address indicated :( One needs an authorization number to return the order or else NO REFUND. They try their best to have you NOT return the order, hence NO REFUND. As time passes by, you realized you have been trapped by yet another scheming, dishonest Chinese company. My vacation has been wasted in part because of Meet Curve. To this day (March 22th), I have yet to received the said order. Conclusion: 2 ORDERS (sister in law and I), NONE ARRIVED. DO NOT WASTE MONEY, TIME, AND SANITY buying from this company. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

Very happy with my order

When made an order, read all bad reviews just after and was so concerned…
However I received my order within a week!!! And extremely happy with quality and fits perfectly. (Im size XL). Will be ordering again!
Would recommend to read ALL their therms and conditions!

This company needs to be shut down

This company needs to be shut down. Refused to give me a returns address and refund my money telling me that £20 was good compensation!!!!!! Awful quality clothes, nothing like those advertised. I threatened legal action and told them that they are thieves and I had a refund tonight. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE!!!!!

I also wish I had read these reviews. Ordered a nice looking product for 28 pounds. Very disappointed with an extra pouch of material but gutted when offered gift card or 4 pound refund. Absolutely disgraceful. I feel cheated to say the least.
Avoid this company. Why is this still coming up on a google search?

Frauds

Frauds - gutted cos I fell for nice big-boobed swimwear and in a world where it's hard enough for us big-boobed women to shop, I didn't expect to be cheated out of money too. It doesn't fit, I don't want to keep it.
