Item ordered and not delivered and then they made me chase Yodel who eventually said it had been delivered to wrong address. Meet Curve customer service disgustingly bad and keep implying i have got item and saying I not received it im honest customer. I will have to except they not going to deliver and send my order again put it down to experience and I tell everyone what a scam company they are

Misleading website, poor communication – refund refused

I placed an order with Meet Curve on October 15, 2025, without realizing the products were shipped directly from China. The website made the items look high-quality, but they turned out to be cheap products.

After weeks with no delivery, I decided to withdraw from the purchase and refused the package. The seller now only offers a 50% refund, which is against EU consumer rights and the German withdrawal law.

Customer service replies with repetitive template messages and provides no real solution.
I strongly advise others not to buy from Meet Curve – misleading, uncooperative, and legally questionable.

I read in internet alot of bad reviews and I toght I would be scamed, but to be honest im absolutely amazed by the quality and grate product i recived, i took a few weeks to be delivered but the wetsuit are very comfortable and cute, they have a very good bra support like a BRA form and they are beautiful

Awful refunds experience with meet curve - do not buy anything from this site . It’s a scam. They offer part refunds only. So sad that overseas companies are allowed to operate in this way. AVOID.

Avoid This Website – Poor Quality and No Proper Refunds

Don’t buy from Meet the Curve. I should have done more research before placing an order. The website looks professional and trustworthy, but the reality is very different.

The item I received was nothing like the pictures on the website, the quality was cheap and disappointing. When I requested a refund, they told me I’d have to send the item back to an address in the U.S. at my own expense, which would cost more than the item itself. Instead of refunding my full $70, they offered me just $14.

I’ve had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company because it’s clear I won’t get my money back otherwise. Be warned —this company does not stand by its refund policy and is not worth the risk.

Great quality, amazing fit.
The only reason why not 5 stars is, because the delivery was a bit longer than expected and the fear you have, that if something does not fit, I cannot give it back. (I ordered 3 years ago something and the return policy is shit - you cannot send back anything, you just get some money back. But only if you are very persistent with your emails). Fortunately, this time everything fitted perfectly. The bikinis are so good and fit me so well, that I take that risk once in a while.

I am very surprised by bad reviews. I only order from meet curve. I have made a recent order and I will review after this delivery also. But ordering online is always a risk. But I make sure my measurements are correct. I absolutely love their fit and designs. I can’t wait for my next order.

The website suggests Australian but returns have to be sent to America!!! They were insistent that the best I could get was 75% back but I could keep the product. I clearly didn’t want it which is why I wanted to return it. They are not based in this country (Australia) they use a drop shipment in NSW. That they always replied to emails around 3 in the afternoon also is a tell that they are based elsewhere. This in itself is not a problem. What is a problem is their returns policy and that they are very cagey about where they are based. I am sending my concerns to ACCC

I purchased 2 bathing suits for 80$, they ended up being partly too small, partly just lacking material to properly cover (at the time I figured it was just a size issue). I wanted to return them but they would only give back 20$ if I mailed the pieces back, or I could get store credit for the full amount. I took a chance and picked the latter. When they sent me the code for this credit, they called it a gift card but I thought nothing of it. I then proceeded to purchase a few other items with the code provided for 85$, going one size up because of my previous experience. When they arrived, I saw that not only they were much larger than the previous ones, but they somehow still did not provide enough coverage. I concluded that their designs are just weirdly shaped, so I reached out to exchange once more, this time, I was going to get accessories, beach bags, etc. items that I was sure not to have an issue with. However, they denied an exchange, saying I used a “gift card” and that those items are final sale. After asking for them to reconsider, all I got was an email saying that they assume everyone reads their fine print and that nothing could be done. All in all, I have plenty of completely unusable, bad quality and ill fitted pieces and they took all my money completely shamelessly. Don’t make the same mistake I did, go shop elsewhere!

Sadly the costume I ordered did not fit. I asked if I could return the costume and have a refund. They said no they offered me a smaller amount of my money and continued emailing backwards and forwards different amounts. I would not recommend using this company whatsoever.

Scam of a company. Took my money but I never receive my items. Several emails to the company have similarly not been responded to. I ordered through their alleged Australian website only to discover that I was charged in USD. The link I was sent to check the status of my order goes to an error page. Not happy with this company at all. Absolute scam. Please avoid!

Received order. Very happy with it. Decent material and looks like the picture so no complaints.

I wanted to return my purchase due to size. They only have a 14 day return policy. I contacted them within that timeframe but still could not get them to give me a refund. They offered a portion of the purchase as store credit or basically to refund my original shipping cost and I just keep it. That’s what I did since I could see that they are running a scam and I wasn’t going to get an actual return option. Don’t purchase from this company!!

Ordered several sizes of 2 swimming costumes, none fitted. Customer services reluctant to refund me. Offered me £42 refund and I get to keep the items. I declined. They then offered me £72 refund I declined again as I'd paid £155. So Ive wasted several days so who knows if my return will be in the time frame and I think 15 days to return an item to USA is impossible so I wont be ordering again which is a shame as the items are lovely. Just put me off

I ordered a swimsuit on 28th December. On 30th December they took the money from my account. It's 6th February and it hasn't arrived yet.

Bought a swim skirt from there and tag was not attached to the product and the hygiene sticker was loose and scrunched up like somebody had used it.

They refuse for me to send it back because they were overseas i thought they were Australian made! They offerd me a 10٪ i declined becouse its not enough, then they offer a 20٪ i shouldve ask for 30% because it was expensive.

Scam. They will not fulfill your order or give you any information. No shipping. It's been 3 weeks. They took my money but won't respond. I'm reporting them to my bank.
