Re-charge via Bank.

Firstly this is not a company. They are an agent who simply places orders and makes a Profit. They do not disclclose the buisness address therefore this does not comply with the uk distant selling regulations. Don’t be fooled by the .co.uk address. Merchandise is shipped from China. We ordered two items five days later when the goods landed into Heathrow-Royal mail sent a request for additional postage.
E-mailed customer services (Karen) and told them this fee would not be paid and requested a refund. This was ignored so I did a recharge via my bank. This got them interested again, just advised them to sort there own mess out. Any refund issues that are being ignored do a simple Bank re-Charge. Avoid this company they are nothing more than Scammers

Has anyone actually gotten a refund…

Has anyone actually gotten a refund from them? I sent 4 suits back to them in August 2023, after they accepted my request for a refund (I have this all in writing), and gave me their warehouse shipping address. It’s now been 5 months with them giving strange email responses on how their refund process is “broken”, and continuously asking me to be patient if I want to get my money back.

Buyer beware, unless you are going to be 100% happy with the fit and quality of the products.

Can’t return items if you order too many?

I placed an order last week for several items as I usually have issues with sizing and with swimwear it’s so important to get it right.
They contacted me on Monday to say that they can’t accept any returns as there are multiple items in my order. What? They said I could order a few items and would then know my size.
It’s gone back and forth and I’m waiting for a refund on my order now.
They’re also making out like they’re a UK company but the person I spoke to ‘Karen’ definitely didn't learn English as their first language.

Dishonest company, stay away…

I ordered according to the size guide but the swimsuit was way too small in spite of me ordering it a size up from what I normally am. They would neither exchange for a bigger size nor refund without me having to spend money on shipping. They present themselves as an Australian company but they are not. In the end, after numerous email exchanges I had to accept a $25 refund for the $56 I spent for a faulty item. They told me to keep the item but what am I supposed to do with it? I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them.

Really not bad at all

If I had read the reviews before buying and knew it was coming from china I probably wouldn’t have made a purchase, as I was worried after seeing all the bad reviews, however the bikini arrived just in time for my holiday and I was really surprised at how nice the quality and fit is, if you’re here in the reviews regretting your purchase then rest assured, you may be pleasantly surprised!

Do not use!

Do not use! Total scam!

If I could give them 0 I would.
As many previous reviews they don’t want to refund my money. I’ve been waiting since end of August. They always have issues with the finance department, then system and then everything else. No way to reach anyone behind customer advisors.
They tell you to keep unwanted items and then negotiate how much they are willing to return.

Do not buy!

They refuse to refund, they stated that they are "having issues with their finance department but hope to have this rectified soon". This was back in July. I must have emailed them more than 10 times.

I'm hoping my credit card company will refund me.

I have also tried to contact them via Instagram but they just delete my comments.

Would give negative 5 stars if I could. This company is a total scam, wish I had read reviews first. Website appears to be Australian but they are actually not based in Australia and despite their apparent returns policy they have no intention of processing refunds. They offered to give me a refund for $30AU and keep the items (that don't fit) for my $102AU order, stating that return address is not the US. No where on the website does it state that return address is to the US, which is not the country the items are shipped from. I think they just say returns are to the US as they know the cost to return will be expensive (at buyers expense).

About your return request, how about you keep all items without return/ exchange and we offer you a gift card for full price for the item you would like to return?Would you accept it?
(It will be a form of a discount code which can be used to offset the amount of the product/s in your next order, excluding the shipping fee. And please note that it can only be used in one order)
If a gift card is unacceptable,would it be a considered solution that we refund you £7 to your original payment account that you used to pay as compensation and you keep all items without return?

Absolute rubbish company totally a scam, no return policy which is illegal in Australia so how do they operate.

Cannot return items

The clothes are lovely but I ordered more than I needed for choice and then discovered that the company will not issue a returns address. If you persist, they send what they call a "partial address" with instructions not to use it! I had to get my money back through my bank. I still have the clothes, as I can't return them. The company must make its profits through people losing money on not being able to return items. This happened in June 2023 but it was several months later before the refund from my bank was confirmed. From previous reviews I see that the company knows very well what it puts people through and doesn't care, so it's not worth my ticking the box that says 'let the company know'. They know very well.

No replacement for faulty product

Poorly made. Didn’t even get to wear it before it has the wire poking out. Washed once as per instructions and the wire came out. The 15 days had passed and Meetcurve are refusing to replace the faulty product. Absolutely disgusted in the poor customer service. A faulty product should be replaced!

Good luck ever getting a refund if you…

Good luck ever getting a refund if you return an item. Going on three months and countless emails and still haven't seen a refund for the dress I mailed back. The dress with fabric so thin it was see through. Terrible quality of clothing and customer service.
