Great and very affordable.

Pathetic customer service. Tried joining but had issues. The response I got from their customer service was pathetic. Some one should write on medium on how to provide good customer service

Medium cancelled my membership for violating their terms. I called out a writer who does one article after another hating on men and then at the end of the article gives her web page out where she is an " embodiment coach". ( Whatever that is) I guarantee you if anyone wrote an article hating on women they would be cancelled immediately. The double standard is disgusting.

medium is a sucky experience for readers especially compared to substack which has a lot more free options for reading. never going back to medium. it sucks.

I write in medium.com and everything I write is free to access. I have over 30 stories and poems and it is incredibly easy to use. Last night, I published a 120 page book that was previously for sale in Amazon. I am 75 years of age and writing is my hobby. Most writers in Medium make their work available to members only and they earn a small payment. It costs 55 $ to become a member. All this is up-front in the sight, so why give a score of 1 or 2. You don't need to give a 5 but please give genuine ratings.

They are robbing their writers. Fastly dying platform. Your account can easily get suspended and you cannot do anything.

Medium contributes to the western censorship agenda. Any writings that contain opinions on topics such as Covid, Russia, Israel (among others) that doesn't conform to the running narrative will be removed. The Medium "Safety Team" may also suspend accounts depending on the perceived severity of these violations. If you are seeking a free speech platform to share your writings, I highly recommend Substack instead of Medium.

Scam site, linking to fake news articles and fake crypto sites to trick you into entering your credentials. Stay away from this

Wish someone would get a hold of this because it's a great idea. However the quality of some of the articles are making it look like the new Quora, for articles in the Data space anyway. The rss feed is just constantly getting spammed too. Seems like an easy fix but something they don't seem interested in addressing. Sub cancelled.

They froze my account for doing noting...

no explanation, 3 months not a single payment sent but collected over $80 during months on medium friends

STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Wasted time, Wasted money... A few days after I started my membership on Medium they suspended my profile of violating their terms! I had already payed and published my first article about valentine gift ideas. they took my money and put my profile on suspend. Goft nothing out of it but frustration and confusion. Such a shame for this company for this attitude towards contributed. I will not recommend it at all

I would give medium 0 stars if I could. The platform makes money off other peoples content and pays peanuts all while "moderating" content it doesn't like without letting the author know why it was banned or in violation of. The writing is substandard, the moderation horrible and the amount of spam is beyond manageable. I receive tons of t.e.l.e.g.r.a.m. bot spam daily. Paying 5.00 a month to read this tripe is beyond insane.

Demanding payment to read a very important article. Their paywall will become their tomb

On website is written articles about finnish famous persons who have used (as these articles says) Immediate Momentum and Immediate Bitwawe to make profit with crypto just investing 250 euros, but it is a scam. People, including me, have lost lot of money as fraud through Immediate Momentum and Immediate Bitwawe. Beware believing these articles not to be scammed.

"You have to be a member to read the full story" Yeah no. I'm not in the mood. They put the effort into enforcing this, the initial HTML content is cut as well, it's not just an overlay that blocks it. If only this effort went into the content as well...
