Return policy for recalled a/csleft customers dangling as the customer was responsible for disposing at their cost. I was told to cut the cord and return so, so many times. I called for a box and never received one yet I was told to return the a/c countless times. Now I have to dispose of it at a cost to me. Never again will I buy midea and if u do buy at your own risk as their products suck in plain English

I just got banned, because my articles are about LGBTQI people, religion and politics. I used scientific proves for all my points and never intended to offend anybody by my articles. I just wanted people to know the truth about what kind of system we live in.

I'm LGBTQI person myself, but they don't care if i write something not conventional about my own group of people, especially about trans people. I think i got banned for my last article about trans people - I myself trans person! I have the right to speak up about the problems with my own folks! Even people who hate trans community have the right to speak up, as long as they don't promote physical violence and cyberbullying toward trans people. Otherwise, it's not free speech!

Their support just doesn't exist. I sent 2 emails and never got a reply. They write you only when they ban your account and maybe if you appeal. And i thing it's not people replying, but AI or some bots.

And i also want to recommend you grow your blog on another platform (especially the one that has no censorship). Because during half a year on Medium i had so few Reads and Views on my articles that it's just a joke. My record is 6 Views and 4 Reads on one single article. I'm sure you will grow much faster on any other platform.

I just wish this ABUSIVE and TOLERANT site will disappear forever, so other people like me wouldn't suffer from CENSORSHIP.

I read articles about programming and they are quite good. Not perfect, but still among the best guides I found so far.
Most of the times, the content is of high quality. Some content is paywalled but I'm still in the free tier.

Hey Guys, I hope you know such a cheating, scam companies all around the world, I had three months experience with this company, this company will ask you to buy membership first to read others articles fully and they will say you to can earn money, at once you level up your profile to withdrawal, on that time this site will suspend your account without proper evidence, be careful, once up on a time acted genuinely but now 80% persons getting suspension when they reach to withdrawal time and very bad customer service never reply to clients easily. Don't fool yourself, don't trust this site, they will show the money only via app or web you own, but you will not get it in your hands anytime.

You can't state facts or opinions the moderators dislike or they'll suspend your account. If you delete any such posts and appeal, they'll call you "hateful", claim you're still in violation without offering proof, and permanently ban you.

Be aware you'll have to contend with increasingly diminishing returns on stories with the same level of audience engagement on the off-chance they don't simply ban you.

Poor value for writers and readers alike. The readers who appreciate a deluge of "traffic lights are racist" nonsense articles aren't the same as those who can afford a subscription, which Medium might realise sometime after going under.

This company removes my comments simply because I tell the truth about the subject and have not violated these ineffective community guidelines. People have the right to speak the truth about situations, such as the ineffectiveness of vaccines or other health conditions. Their community guidelines are subpar and in need of improvement. I cannot wait for this company to be shut down for good. I will not be returning to this platform.

I can't believe that they suspended my paid account and treated me like a spammer. I post content, but I clearly don't add any kind of affiliate link, and I don't abuse AI-generated content either, but they still ban me, and they ignore my message many times (until I remind them), and when they message, they respond so irresponsibly, like I violate while the clear evidence is that I don't do wrong.

Medium constantly spam search results with articles that can't be read filling them with toxic pollution that makes searching the web painful.

Sites that don't want you to read their content should be deindexed from search results.

They somehow charged my credit card today. I don’t even know what the heck they are or do. I assure you that i DID NOT subscribe as i have no use for this nor am i a writer!

Not What I Expected
Medium started out great, but now it feels overly commercial. Too many locked articles and not enough unique content. As a writer, it’s frustrating when your blogs don’t even show up on Google. Not ideal for serious creators.

I was trying to read one article. It said to create a free account to "read this article on us." So I created the free account. They now have all my personal information. There is now another paywall on the article that says I have to upgrade my plan to continue.

False advertising. Just a scam to collect data for who knows what purposes.

Anonymous and fake reviews. Everything they write is made up and it can be good or bad depending if you pay enough. Daylight racketeering of businesses all positive reviews are for pump dump meme coin scams.

I am giving zero stars actually, I wrote an article on the recent Supreme Court ruling about gender and sex which are the same thing and someone responded and started pandering to me because I am black and every black person apparently wants to be limited to the colour of their skin 🙄 (sarcasm) and then swore at me and I reported that individual to medium only for them to respond by telling me my article has been suspended, I report to these scam of a platform that someone insults me and my article gets suspended. I deleted my account because I hate restrictions especially when it comes to speech but how I see it is that I basically got bullied off the platform thanks to the nasty individual (Queer Kari) who insulted me using vulgar language and to medium the enabler of toxic behaviours and people. Explains why they have a whole lot of negative reviews!!!!

Only send you articles you have to pay for. Articles that have been there for years never become free. Stop sending me things that I am FORCED to pay for. Please stop trying to make me pay for the site.

I love medium both from the author and the reader's experience. I’m the type of a person, who likes to write his own blog in the internet, and medium is the most user friendly user platform. I don’t know what would happen if i started to write and make videos on instagram instead. People there are usually very toxic and like to troll the video author in the comments and dms 🫤
