It started off great the past few years but they have recently changed the size of their filters and they are too big for the units. I have a warranty but they are giving me the run around and insisting it is a issue with howe I am installing the filter. I put the old filter in and they work just fine. The door won't even close correctly due to the size of the new filters. All the money we pay as consumers and big companies are always trying to get over on us.

I bought air several air cleaners from medify in order to reduce contact with COVID, allergens and other viruses. The filter removes 99.9% of Covid (along with other viruses) according to their studies which is one step towards prevention. I noticed the rooms smell fresh and there is very little dust. I have used various air cleaners over the years and I think this one is superior because of the way it turns over clean air every 15 minutes. I use these air cleaners in the bedrooms and office. I keep them running 24/7 in bedroom which could be overkill. I change filters every 6 months because I run them constantly. At the office, they are running when business is open. There is a light that turns on when the filters need to be changed. This is an excellent product. I like the support I receive from their rep. Mathew
