NOT a person's good HEALTH but the MONEY that they are after - Medicross (Upper Coomera Medical Centre)

I have been a patient of Dr Ali Shah at the Medicross Medical Centre in Upper Coomera for many, many years (around 15ish years), so I would rate him very highly. However, the medical centre where he works is money-grabbing, to say the least! I phoned this morning to request an appointment and stated that I have a concession card, but the receptionist told me that even though I had one I did not qualify for bulk billing as I was not over 65 years. I am 62 years with 2x degenerative disabilities, so it is not a person's good HEALTH but the MONEY that they are after. It is totally and utterly disgraceful as I am sure there are many other people who are in an identical situation. I am also so disappointed and I hope that Dr. Shah happens upon or somehow sees this review.
