Very pleased with the level of cover & added support. Certainly helps with covering the cost of hospital stay & treatment. Any questions were answered promptly & the recommendations for my hospital stay were helpful.

Morning I had a $500 access on a $1500 procedure. I pay good money through the year and I’m on 85+ benefit. My last health insurance company was covering the lot. but that’s my opinion I guess. Kind regards Colin Airey

Had 2 teeth, removed a small filling and first stage of a clean. Medibank didn’t even cover half the cost. Considering l haven’t made a claim in 7 years, is a bit unfair and disappointing.

Just had knee replacement surgery and I cant thank medibank private health for all there help from making lodging my claim easy to giving me all relevant information and any out of pocket expenses i might have and especially for rehabilitation at home which i couldn't be more happy about so I dont have to try and get to places and wait in waiting rooms it has put my mind at ease to i can consitrate on my recovery very happy

I had to pay two lots of excess $500 for this procedure.
$500 - surgeon
$500 - hospital
Should have only been one excess to cover all.
This was not made clear and was a surprise when checking into the hospital.
The nurses were amazing and looked after me well. Special mention to Lindsay the night nurse.
