Great app works seamless in the background and customer support system is fast and they help with any problems. I've been using media rewards for over a year now and would recommend it to my friends and anyone looking for this type of app.

Media Rewards is a great app to earn fantastic monies for just watching TV & YouTube videos. I have never seen any website that matches their words with positive and fast payouts like this wonderful app/website. To crown it all, their customer care services are also excellent in my humble and honest opinion, compared to over a thousand apps/websites where earnings coins cannot be converted to a payable threshold, especially when it is time for customers/patronizers to receive their pay. The ability to supply a faster payment system is quite encouraging. Honestly, my five-star review doesn't seem to be enough for the earnings I have received so far from using this app/website. I recommend that people who are searching for ways to earn a living consider working from home, as I have.

On the plus side, the app runs smoothly and when reaching (the holy grail - or lesser spotted) payout, same applies.
HOWEVER, I can't help feeling that there's WAY too much taking and virtually NO giving.
l don't care about you giving me anything other than "rewards" that equate to actual money! SO, YOU CAN GIVE ME UNLIMITED POINTS, INCREASING MY PRESTIGIOUS 🙃😆🤬 'GOLD LEVEL' SCORE - THIS IS BOTH POINTLESS🙄 AND WORTHLESS.
A GOOD IDEA MIGHT BE TO FINANCIALLY INCENTIVISE MEMBERS DAILY/WEEKLY, INCREASING PROPORTIONATELY THE LONGER THEIR PARTICIPATION CONTINUES AND THE MORE LOYAL THEY BECOME.

Since the update the app is not worth having, it has been ruined. Previously would get a survey and a $10 gift card reward, now I've done 2 surveys and still don't have enough to get a gift card. Also is the biggest battery drainer of all apps I have. Never win anything in the prize draws since the update either.

Been a member since Oct 2023. Used to get regular surveys and therefore gift cards and was really happy with the app. Since the app updated a few months ago I have noticed a significant change in how many surveys I get (I think I’ve had one since the app changed). Also no prize draw wins in that time at all, despite reaching the top level every single week with around 50,000 XP or more.

I have the app on all the time, always being sure to turn it back on every time it goes off. (This happens a lot as I have Siri announce messages when I’ve got my AirPods in, so the app needs resetting after each message).

I don’t know exactly what they’ve done but they’ve turned this into an app that just isn’t worth the effort any more. I’m stuck with coins I can’t turn into a voucher, rather than just being given a voucher. I’ll give it another couple of months but I doubt I’ll ever get enough coins for my next voucher as there are very few opportunities to earn coins now.

The weekly ‘you’ve won a bonus’ notifications are a joke as it makes you think you’ve won a prize when actually they’ve given you a measly 3XP to start the week with (rather than 10% of last week’s total like they used to). Loyalty is not rewarded.

Was happy with the app before but update drains my battery and now you earn less per survey. I might have to uninstall the app.

Used to be good, now they have changed format, rubbish and you never earn enough coins to get rewarded, when you come close to the rewards the surveys go uncredited. It's draining my battery for no reward so off it fooks.

Media rewards doesn’t pay anything. I have been doing surveys for almost a month and the note says congrats this will be added to your balance and my balance never moves past 6.36. I email them with screen shots and never get a clear answer. My phone is on all the time and still have not gotten anything. I have decided that this app is too much risk with an open mike and have closed and deleted this app.

You never win anything they kmow every website youve ever been on and once you reach the top 6 percent it will keep turning itself off to avoid you getting to the top 1000

The app was great and smooth every week there was an update or surveys but now its off I've been waiting for weeks and nothing new or announcing any winners the app stopped working unfortunately

Had I reviewed them back in the beginning of February? I would’ve given them five stars absolutely but then around middle to the end of February I started having a problem., despite completing multiple surveys a day, always having my mediate rewards tracker thing on and boosting it multiple times a day by clicking on it every time it pops up with an annoying little notification, even though I might be in the middle of something else I still click on it and switch over to it and boost my rewards data, and as I said, multiple surveys a day sometimes.. around February 23 it stopped recording and logging any of the surveys that I did or any of the media reward stuff that I did and shared which is so annoying especially considering I have now emailed Support three times and have not heard back from anybody yet, I have not been able to advance past $7.17 in my account and you can’t cash out until you’ve got $10 minimum. So I’m really hoping that Support will see my message here since they’re not checking their emails apparently and that they’ll get back to me and help me figure out my account because if they could help me figure out what’s going on in my account and help me to fix it then I would totally give them the full five stars because up and tell this issue that I had they were pretty awesome and I enjoyed the content of it and I enjoyed the surveys actually weren’t boring surveys so That was pretty cool actually and they don’t shove a bunch of ads down your throat which is awesome like super awesome but until that problem is fixed that I’m having I’d give media rewards zero stars, but Trustpilot doesn’t allow us to give them a zero star rating, unfortunately.
