Not a legit company. Scam. I was using the app for approximately a month and took part in 4 surveys. I completed them, received confirmation emails but never received the 4 gift cards I was owed. Customer services simply told me to "be patient, it will arrive soon" and then proceeded to ignore all of my follow up emails when I, yet again, didn't receive my gift cards.

Scam app. Avoid. They do not pay out for the information they get from you.

Have been with MR for a couple of years now. A year ago my app kept turning itself off, I will only find out when I unlock my phone and saw a banner told me to turn it on. Contacted Support team which wasn’t very helpful so I give up but keep the app as every month you get a paid survey for $10. This year I decided to contact Support again (thought they might have different people) they advised that I update the app which I did, and got new phone too but it still turned itself off. In this case I have less or zero chance to win anything and as usual I gave up as they also stopped responding to my messages requesting help. The November’ survey arrived, this time I couldn’t enter as it kept saying I have already entered but yet it’s available on my app. Contacted support again with all screenshots, I was so hopeful that they will get it fixed but no, No and NO, so I contacted them again and again, only 3 times in 3 weeks, one each week. Guess what? I am being ignored and I decided to share my experience and stop participating entirely. Support team are there to read this review and copy paste the same message, yes I have read them before writing this, same old story- please contact support if you have any issues - I did not get any help or support, nor they fixed the problem. For those who have no issues, lucky you and you would wish it stayed that way. I doubt that they are any competent.

I only had one issue receiving my first $10 reward for completing my first survey, which has been rectified. Otherwise, I've had a great experience with this app with several survey offers that always guarantee and come through with my reward for completing the surveys offered.

I've always received the gift card I was supposed to get and I haven't had any issues with the app, and customer service is very good!!

I have been with Media Rewards for three (3) I have only received gift cards never have I won any cash prizes sitting with this app is a waste of time did a survey for $50.00 didn't win that neither I will be closing my app

Uw after all this time I have only gone and won 1 of the 10 × £50 in the monthly prize draw I've been utilising MediaRewards for aaagggeeess and eventually I was 1 of the lucky winners can't believe it me I won £50 am speechless I've not received it yet tho but I will keep you posted on the time frame on winnings being received

It's easy and the app has already paid dividends.

Customer support were very quick and efficient when I had an issue claiming my reward. I’ve been a member for many years and found it an excellent scheme.

Said I won a 100 pound voucher. On there monthly contest. Month later received nothing absolute scam avoid

Gift cards are earned easily, just for answering a short survey when prompted. I love that I can use the gift cards for Amazon purchases and I can save them to my Amazon account to be used at a later time. I only wish it was only a single step instead of the bit of back and forth to redeem it (entering a little info in boxes on a couple of different pages). However the process doesn't take long so it's not a huge problem. Overall great experience. I only would like more opportunities to earn more cards. Thank you!

I was selected from their monthly bonus $50 draw. Supplied my email and was advised the voucher will arrive by end of September. It's now way into October and still have not received the voucher. Their customer support is not responding to my support request. Wonder if everyone else is experiencing this issue or just me.

Brilliant app, lots of free rewards available, and you are automatically entered into free competitions just for using the app. I've received 2 £5 rewards that I've used on amazon, just for doing 2 short surveys. Love the app.

Used this for over a month, answered the surveys I was given, none of the them payed any coins just points for the weekly event. Waist of time it drains your battery and data, not worth the time spent, avoid.

I won on the monthly prize draw and at first I was a bit sceptical as i never received the prize, but i have eventually got it (was a long wait and tested my patience) and couldn't be happier with this app. I recommend this for everyone as it just runs in the background.

The Media Rewards app and the registration was easy to setup. I enjoyed their additional survey to get gift cards. It's super easy. Customer service is amazing!! I had a recent situation and I connected with them and it's was resolved quickly. I highly recommend having their app on their devices.

What is the point in have an email address for support, sent countless emails over the past 16 days and not one reply, poor customer service.

I was hyped on the app for a light minute thinking there were actually a chance of winning something...but 700+ days later and in the top 7% for most of those days .I've received maybe 4 surveys....in my opinion the app is designed for the user to lose and made to sell your information for the benefit of the app company ..its an all win situation for media rewards and nothing for the user...so basically the 2 stars is just for the few surveys I had...pointless and possibly dangerous app..
