They are promoting fake promotions, after viewing on their website a promotional offer to new members with a £5 free bingo credit no deposit required with the code 0M7B89.

I entered the code on the bingo lobby and it said the code was invalid and doesn't exist and to contact a number. I got hold of support and was talking to someone called Curtis for him to explain that they do no offer such a promotion and that I shouldn't be going onto other sites for promotions when this promotion is from their website. he then explained I must deposit and enter my bank details to be saved. I know that this is all Mecca bingo wants is your information. Your address and your bank account and when you go to close the account they will explain how they have to retain and keep your information even though you want to close the account they will save it all. Be very careful to everyone using this site as they will save your information and they are promoting fake promotional offers. I've contacted the ombudsman.

I have played this site for many years, i like it but the chat is very cleaky if u don’t chat and you win a few times you get same winner comment but when its one of the bunch it’s different, i also don’t like the constant tech issues it happens quite alot with Mecca , but on the grand scale of things i enjoy this site x

The wheel is only free bonus. The numbers are constantly on repeat hence why same people win day in day out, honestly don't mind anyone winning but come on, no one lucky every day, site does not run properly RNG should be random not generate same numbers, obviously needs looking into.

I attended and paid for the late sessions at Acock’s green NYE being apart of my celebration. To my dissatisfaction the link games was cancelled to which I did not receive a refund for an the club late sessions prize money was in my words shamble's it was completely pointless in coming to bingo to get £5 a line £10 2 lines £50 for the house and the late late sessions prize money to go lower for the full house when you had over average of 40 to 50 players. I also came over the Christmas period a you had no Christmas celebration on what so ever over the period. Almost felt as the ebenezer Scrooge was running the club to go home holding a block of coal.

the account was locked without any reason. I lost more than I bargained for at this casino because I was impatient with myself. They are also quick to lock accounts and they made me go to S. U. I took a break as advised to do so you don't chase losses , I went to log in to see a message you are on a break , ummm no I'm not when I emailed support I was told mydetails were registered to another account registered to another account and the system had suspended my account , what they mean is customer services couldn't be bothered yo reopen my account after a break because it was a 3 month break not a few days and they don't like this because they can't take your money while your away so they come ip with bull crap excuses I won't be recommending them, I guess j don't fall into their favourites list , still there's better sites out there,

Shocking. I entered a wrong password and my account was locked. It has now been over 3 months and my account is still locked. I have tried every avenue to have my account unlocked: telephone, email, live chat, as there is money in there, but each time I get the same answer "a technical error and we will contact you in two days.
I never get any other answer.
