Honestly the biggest con ever , their online gambling platform is controlled by massive algorithms that ensure that there are very few big wins and big wins go to big gamblers eho they know will not withdraw and will restake the money …. Even something as simple as offering Uber vouchers in exchange for loyalty points is a rip off .. youll never receive anything Gala should be investigated by the Gaming Commission .. resd the other reviews and see even if you were to get a big win theyll close your account and refuse to pay out .. absolutely shocked

I signed up to Gala Bingo for their new customer offer (deposit £10, play £10 on bingo, get £40 bonus).
I deposited £15 using a normal UK payment card, which was accepted with no issues, and spent the required amount on bingo to qualify.

After doing everything correctly, I was then told I wouldn’t receive the bonus because my card’s “BIN is blocked”... after being on countless chats that kept cutting off, and hold on the phone for over half an hour. The person on the phone just copied what the chat said and couldn't explain to me what BIN meant or blocked, I asked them to ask someone else to explain to me because this makes no sense, they came back with a load of jargon and hung up.

This makes no sense. If my payment method wasn’t eligible, it should have been blocked before I deposited – not after I’ve already spent money trying to qualify.

Their terms only vaguely say “certain deposit methods may be excluded” but don’t clearly explain which ones. There was no warning at the point of deposit.

Feels very misleading, happy to take your money, but not honour the offer.
I’ve raised a formal complaint, but based on this experience I wouldn’t recommend.

Iv been playing on gala a few years now its hit an miss on winning anything but not had a win for awhile.. tournaments never load properly or the site ..and they have doubled the tokens for free spins 300 got you 3 free spins now it 600 points .. also you have a deposit limit for a reason if you win it matches it so your only going to put it all back on.. because you very rarely win after winning something..

Been with Gala for years now. It just takes, takes takes. And I just give because I just want something back!. I think all these gambling websites should be looked into. The only decent one is Mecca bingo. Once you pay in they pay out… but Gala is nothing but an unfair gambling website. And don’t no one say it’s a gambling website that’s what happens. Because no it shouldn’t happen…!people who pay in keeping their company going should have a little reward at times. It’s just unfair… if you can afford to keep wasting your money then do. But trust me you will be here writings a negative feedback also before long!.

Im new to online bingo, I deposited £10. Now I have issues signing into my account apparently I need to send over documents again, including wage slips. Asked if I could just have my £10 back and close my account was using live chat (Very slow) an hour later i was told i need to send documents over before they would return my £10. Let's you win at first when you first join and then nothing there after. Game freezes, kicks you out when you can see your about to hit bonus ( sometimes you do hit it and then it says ' server detects ' etc and then boots you out to start over again ) had the cheek to ask me to review them and the service of game play , how do I put this oh yeah its 100% rubbish , take take take ! Today I played on gala after a very long break , I believe this company should be looked in to and customers contacted by the appropriate people , I put on 600 today in lump sums of 200 , with every turn being a dud ..... So I have been playing bingo with Gala Bingo for several years in club before moving online. At first the customer support was really good and then recently everything changed. The staff are not to be trusted as they make things up and lie on their customers which is really shocking. In all my experience with the online support. Hat it has been REALLY HORRIBLE HORRENDOUS & HORRiD. As the mangers & the team leaders who are paid more to lead by example are just as bad as the staff so I can understand where the culture stems from . As the. Complaints Manager Neil responded to my complaint with the wrong complaints information. I have raised several other complaints regarding everything I have experienced and this is wat I get. They have restricted my account to no promotions after I complained . Saying I asked for a bonus. Which is not correct at all as I highlighted to the customer support. I’d I opt ina s take part in the promotions but I do not get the promotion bonus how am I supposed to describe it when I am seeking assistance. Only Gos knows Aa no one as has responded to me and it. Has now being several weeks . The complaints manger responded to my complaints he did notify me if the was the end of the complaints process but was very quick to send gambling addiction information bit not the complaints process and procedures and whe. I have enquired regarding this I have been totally ignored and no one is contacting me at all. As I will be taking this treatment to the gambling commission as the way the process had been handled is so wrong that I now had to get a solicitor to deal with this whole debacle as there is no help..

Why does this site do this i put say 10 pounds in the game plays to 3 pounds remaining you win 10 pounds but the game reads your profits incorrect to what has been won it says your up more than you actually are
