Massive thanks to Brian, who helped me get a refund credited back into my Mealzo account in the space of 10 minutes, after briefly explaining the information and giving him the details, he contacted the restaurant itself to confirm the details and my refund was in my account minutes later. I’d like to thank Peter at Mealzo for his help with a complaint this evening. While the restaurant itself was very unhelpful and refused to issue a refund despite the food being returned, Peter took the time to properly review the situation. He handled the matter professionally and fairly, and agreed to refund my money as a gesture of goodwill. I really appreciated his understanding and willingness to resolve the issue when the restaurant would not.
