Aaron was a great help today - we ordered food at 12:40 with a 13:20 delivery time - but 13:40 we had no food - contacted the chat and Aaron was a great help, he got the order cancelled with no issues and was able to ensure I got a refund

Bruce Almighty
My delivery did not arrive and Bruce was very supportive and called the takeaway . Unfortunately the order still had not arrived in the newly scheduled time and was showing as delivered. Bruce was still on line and called the takeaway and chased it through. The order eventually arrived and Bruce managed to resolve this delay.

The fact that the order was canceled before making contact and now I have to wait upto 10 days for my money back is absolutely shocking. I was a regular customer until tonight. I won’t be going there again

I stupidly sent a payment for a meal to the wrong shop which was to far away I contacted mealzo and they were great. Franklin sorted it out and arranged a refund back to my bank thank you Franklin for your help
