Placed my first order with them and a few of my meals were replaced due to them being out of stock. Customer serviced work with me to make sure I got the meals that I wanted. Delivery was smooth and I loved how the meals were packaged. I’m a few meals in and I will say that the meals are very flavorful and I have already placed my next order.

Worth a try!
I started looking into meal prep services because I couldn’t find anything that had both great flavor and held up well when reheated. That’s been the biggest struggle for me.
When I first came across Prep Sunday, I’ll be honest—I felt a bit overwhelmed by all the ads and promotions. It made me a little skeptical at first.
But after trying it, I can say the food is genuinely really good. The flavor actually holds up, even after reheating, which is rare to find with meal prep services. That alone makes it stand out.

I’ve tried a lot of meal prep services, and Meal Prep Sunday is easily one of the best. The food is always fresh, well-seasoned, and actually tastes like real meals—not bland “diet food.” You can tell they care about quality ingredients and consistency.
What I like most is how convenient everything is. It saves me a ton of time during the week, and I don’t have to think about cooking or tracking meals. As someone focused on staying in shape, it’s been a game changer for staying on track with my diet.
Portion sizes are solid, the menu has good variety, and pickup is always smooth. If you’re busy, training hard, or just want to eat better without the hassle, I definitely recommend giving them a try.

my favorite meal delivery
I've tried quite a few meal deliveries services like factor meals, hello fresh, blue apron etc. and l've never found one I truly want to keep using before mealprepsunday! I was suprised by how good and fresh the meals still tasted and it fits my macros perfectly. I love the breakfast the most because I've always struggled with eating in the morning but the brownie and waffles were both my favorite breakfasts so far and within my protein and calorie goal! Will keep ordering from them :)

You have to pay to get out
I've used this service for about 4 months. It started great, but the deceptiveness of their advertising became apparent after about 2 months. There really isn't as much meal selection as it seems, because your dietary restrictions are included in the selection. You're just supposed to not pick those. So out of 15 meals, there may only be 8 or 10 for the whole week that you can eat.
So 1st I cut back from 15 meals to 10. Initially, I stayed with them because their customer service was so great.
But then, I had travel plans, and I needed to skip a week, and in fairness to them, it was after the cut off time by a few hours. But you're supposed to be able to use a token to make changes and the token didn't work - the website is glitchy. I called customer service, initially to have them do it manually and see about waiving the 20% fee. The guy on the phone said it should be no problem, just open a ticket.
Anyway, long story short, not only wouldn't they let me skip, but they told me the website was working fine and the only way to stop the meal delivery was to cancel my subscription and resubscribe - and they charged me 80% for that! over 100 dollar to cancel my subscription & no other options
I was so upset I just decided not to resubscribe. I'd avoid them. It starts great but ends badly. Initially, the customer service was great, but this last month it changed completely. I think they may have replaced their people with AI, because my final correspondence with them was completely non-sensical.

First time with Meal Prep helps with WFH lifestyle!
First timers here. My coworkers sent me their affiliate link to try 15 meals for $49 and wow, we are impressed! We ordered 15 lunch meals for myself, husband and teenager, 3 each of 5 different entrees.
We work out of home and don’t want to spend a lot of time preparing lunch so it works great for our WFH lifestyle. The meal portions are generous and we feel complete afterwards! Not to mention, the meals are health forward ad delicious. Each week there are rotating meals to select — so far we have enjoyed the pork and shrimp fried rice, chicken cacciatore, and chicken fajita casserole. Easy does it! No more dishes. Highly recommend!

Honest Review
I’ve been ordering from Meal Prep Sunday for 3 weeks now and they are honestly great. The food selection is great and the food taste is solid. I microwave mine due to restricted time so taste is 7.5-8/10. Im sure heating it on the stove would make it a bit better. I LOVE their juices though. I drink them pre workout and give me raw/clean energy. Overall it helps me stay on track and I love that they provide all the macros and you can keep everything tracked on the app they offer. I will say its a little pricey but they do offer weekly rewards for continuing to be a customer which is awesome. I like that they deliver it on time and in a nice cooler bag with an ice pack everytime in case Im not home right away to put them away. Tons of variety to choose from. I do wish they would have higher protein meals but thats just me being picky. Overall great service.

Overall great service
The meals are great in terms of flavor, reheat-ability (with the exception of the eggs), variety, and portions. I love that the macros are labeled on each container. The food stays fresh for the entire week, and I feel energized after eating them instead of sluggish (as opposed to when I eat fast food). The customer service is great, and I love all the ways you can save money. They make it easy to be loyal to their service.

Been using for over 1 year!
I've been using this service for over a year now, and it has completely changed my weekly routine. As someone with a packed schedule, the primary goal was to claw back time spent grocery shopping, prepping, and--most importantly--scrubbing dishes. On that front, it's been a total win.
However, the real reason I've stayed loyal for 12+ months is the flavor. Before settling on this company, I tried three other popular meal delivery services, and honestly, most of them started to taste like "airline food" or cardboard after a few weeks. This is the first service where the meals actually taste fresh, well-seasoned, and restaurant-quality.
The variety keeps things from getting boring, and I genuinely look forward to eating their meals. The breakfast options are definitely my favorite but that goes for most restaurants that offer both.

I've been using Meal Prep Sunday and I honestly couldn't be happier! The variety of meals is impressive — there's always something new and exciting to try.
