By far the best meal prep company!
I have done meal prep in the past and the food/service was not even close to the one provided by Meal Prep Sunday. The meals provided by MPS are so delicious, fresh with a wide variety. Their service is super fast, I ordered on Saturday afternoon and I received my meals the next day. The packaging contained the right amount of ice sheets, super clean, the meals nicely organized, clearly labeled, and the bags were spacious.
The app is very user friendly… Overall, I highly recommend this service!!

After seven years with my previous meal delivery service, I recently switched over to Meal Prep Sunday and won't be going back! From the first delivery I was genuinely impressed. The meals arrived fresh, well-packaged, and ready to heat in just a few minutes. Every dish I’ve tried has been flavorful, with quality ingredients and generous portions that actually leave you satisfied. It’s made eating healthy and saving time incredibly easy without sacrificing taste. The variety keeps things interesting, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the recipes and presentation. Best of all, the customer service is outstanding! Comparing Factor, Cook Unity, and Meal Prep Sunday--I would say Meal Prep Sunday definitely has the best macros if you're looking for low calorie to protein ratio. The meals all taste great still. Highly recommended selecting their casserole dishes!! I also love their pressed juices!

I’ve tried every meal delivery company…
I’ve tried every meal delivery company and MPS blows everyone out of the water. Each meal is seasoned to perfection, actually filling, and the recipes are delicious. I literally can’t believe each meal fits my macros because they all feel like a cheat meal.
Best of all is not having to plan my groceries, my meals, or clean. It takes so much off plate. Well worth it.

Meal Prep Sunday has been a huge help for me. I’ve lost over 30 pounds, and the convenience of having healthy meals ready to go has made a big difference. The company has refused to refund me…
Edit: I have raised my review from one to four stars since the company processed my refund. I think there are still some things, particularly with the website functionality, misspellings, and a bit of disorganization that need fine tuning, etc. I noticed improvements on this front when I first signed up for the service but that improvements have ceased.
The company has refused to refund me $80 for over a month now. When I submitted a ticket, the person told me that I was wrong, and was already refunded, so they closed the ticket. Then I replied and explained how they were wrong, and they replied saying I was wrong again and then closed the ticket. The third time a person acknowledged I was correct and that I'd get an $80 credit on my next order (they did not offer a refund to my original payment method). Unsurprisingly, that credit didn't materialize and I was charged the full price for my subsequent order. I've tried calling and the number listed is out of service. I've spoken with customer support (only available via chat) and they said I have to resolve it via the ticket process (the one that has not been working for me) and there's no way to resolve it over the phone. If I had the ability to talk to someone for literally 2 minutes about this over the phone, the issue would be resolved and I wouldn't have to be dealing with this 5 weeks later. I have been a loyal customer to this company for several years now and have been happy with their progress over that period but the issue resolution process is unacceptable. Billing issues happen from time to time. Even if there's no phone number dedicated for issue resolution, if a customer requests a phone call (which I did), they should at least provide the option for me to have someone call me. I consider myself a very nice person and hate having to complain and be critical like this but I have no choice. The most frustrating part is that the company clearly does not believe me that I was overbilled.

Have tried a few meal services this is by far the best one and the one I keep coming back too. The portions are great. Different menu every week(with some similarities)
You have breakfast, lunch and dinner for options, I love the rewards/loyalty program I get free shots and finally got to the free pressed juices! I recommend this service to anyone who'll listen :))

I was charged for food I did NOT order and I clearly stated I did not want the order. I have proof. What was even more frustrating was being promised a callback from a manager TWICE, and no one ever followed up.
I was offered pressed juice but only in exchange for removing my negative review, which is ridiculously not an appropriate resolution for an incorrect charge and unresolved order issue.
No accountability, no resolution, and extremely poor customer service. Being charged incorrectly and then ignored when trying to resolve it is unacceptable.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company.

I broke my leg a few months ago and cooking for myself has been such a daunting task. Affordable, healthy meal prep that actually tastes amazing
I’ve recently started ordering from Meal Prep Sunday, and honestly, I’m really impressed. One of the biggest things for me is that they’ve made healthy meal prep feel both affordable and enjoyable. A lot of meal prep companies are either super expensive or the food just doesn’t taste that great — but this has been the complete opposite.
The meals are flavorful, filling, and the macros are really well balanced. The calorie portions feel perfect because I stay full throughout the day without overeating or feeling restricted. It makes staying on track with healthy eating so much easier and more sustainable.
I also really appreciated their customer service and delivery support. Somehow my old address was still connected to my account, and my delivery initially went there. Even though it was only down the street, they still made sure I got my order at the correct address instead of making the situation difficult or inconvenient for me. That extra effort honestly meant a lot and showed they care about their customers.
Overall, great food, reasonable pricing, balanced meals, and genuinely helpful service. Definitely recommend.
