MEADOW CONSULTANTS LIMITED Reviews

I enjoyed meeting you on Tuesday. I valued your taking time to talk me through through aspects of the building I was unaware of.

Thank you so much for all the work you have done to produce the home buyers report for me. The details and all the photographs are so helpful. I am very grateful to you for how much time you have given to reporting in detail on the fabric of the building which I believe was beyond my purchased level 2 report.

Your specifics about what issues to raise with whom will make my immediate next steps much easier to plan.

Well-presented report which detailed a thorough review of property. The surveyor was happy to answer questions following the review. Would recommend.

Couldn't recommend more! I'm not from the area of Newport but was recommended Meadow Consultants LTD through my estate agents and I could not be happier with the service provided! David Crean who carried out the survey was ever so helpful, the report was detailed and the photographs made the survey easy to understand! By far the best surveyor I have used and would recommend to anyone buying and needing a surveyor! I am also a first time buyer, so this report was amazing for me and the people in the office were so helpful and always at the end of the phone or an email!

Meadow Consultants came recommended from family who had used them recently. They were helpful and professional thought out the process. The survey was clear and easy to understand with references to photographs that they took and included in the report. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I move on future.

Excellent service, a thorough report and a friendly team.

The team at Meadow Consultants were very helpful and professional. Our enquiries were responded to quickly and concisely, my only complaint is that we did not receive the report in the timescale initially promised.

From beginning to end, Meadow Consultants Limited provided us with excellent service.

When we contacted Meadow Consultants, they responded promptly and gave us advice on which survey would best suit our property.   Throughout, communication was swift, and customer service was outstanding.

The report was really thorough, clearly stated, and featured a tonne of pictures to illustrate the areas they discussed. This exceeded our expectations and gave us peace of mind as we prepared to buy our first home.

In the future, we wouldn't think twice about using or recommending this service to others. Thank you so much!

Very worthwhile report from Meadow Consultants. Report is detailed, thorough and everything is explained so that it's easy to understand. Great customer service and helped us make a decision on the property.

Meadow Consultants recently did a home-buyers (level 2) report for us, we were very impressed by how thorough it was and found it very informative. Not only did it give us a good understanding of the property, but its level of detail allowed us to make an informed decision about our purchase.

We'd read the reviews before deciding to go with Meadow Consultants, and they were even better than we expected.

The report was detailed, well explained, and lots of photos to show exactly what the state of different parts of property were like.

The service we received from everyone at the company, from the office staff to the surveyor, was top notch from start to finish and was worth every penny.

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and using them again!

Excellent communication and customer service. I received the report within a couple of days of the survey. The level 2 survey was thorough and comprehensive [64 pages - inc photographs], far beyond what I was expecting. Invaluable document when making such a significant purchase. I highly recommend Dave Crean and his team.

Meadow Consultants were very quick to reply to our initial enquiries about getting a survey done on a house and what level survey would be best. The cost of the survey was very competitive compared to other companies in the area and Meadow Consultants were able to carry out the survey within two weeks (other companies had noted it could be 4-5 weeks, with an additional week to receive the report).
We received the Homebuyer report within a few days of the survey being carried out. The report itself is very easy to read and understand. It includes lots of pictures showing you exactly what they are talking about in each section, so you can visually see any areas of concern/recommended maintenance that you may not have noticed when viewing the house.
Overall we have had a very positive experience with Meadow Consultants and would definitely recommend them. As first time buyers their report has given us piece of mind about the property we are buying.

Very good survey
Thorough and very good detailed pictures
Would recommend

Couldn’t fault. Great service, timely report, lots of detail and really useful summaries of the main points. Nice use of photos to explain any findings too. Well worth it.

This is the 3rd time I have used this company. They are very professional with a excellent indepth report that will give piece of mind when purchasing a house. I would recommend this company to anyone buy a home.

First class surveyor came to do a level 2 survey. It was more like a level 3. The report he provided was extremely comprehensive. On the basis of his survey I made the decision not to proceed with my house purchase potentially saving a lot of money.

I would highly recommend this company. The written survey report came back within three days. The surveyor was prepared to answer continued questions and I was reassured by his professional ism and ability to explain complex issues in layman's terms.

Thank-you for all your help. It is much appreciated.

They have been fantastic and the reports completely thorough. Saved us from purchasing a house with damp that we had not noticed. Been a really good experience with this company.

We found the report extremely informative, well detailed and clear.
We would definitely recommend.

David Crean carried out a Specific Defect Report for us earlier this year and was not only thorough in his findings, but was also very happy to talk us through things over the telephone and has also answered follow up questions via email on more than one occasion. Meadow Consultants have definitely gone the extra mile and I can't recommend them highly enough.

The survey carried out was more thorough than I had
expected, the report was detailed and informative quoting building regulations at the required points.
As a result of the report I cancelled the purchase of a property that I was keen on, so now looking for another. When I find one, this same company will be called on to survey it.
