Depleted amount and €5 postage for issue with card

I had 2 €50 vouchers that were valid thru April 26 and went to use them and declined so I rang customer care and spoke to carrie who was lovely but she informed me they had been archived and she would reissue, however, the balance having never been used had gone down to €36 per card and they are charging ME €5 postage for the new ones even though they were archived when the were still in date. I will never get another one of these and most certainly will not be recommending them.

Is there 0 stars? Awful service, rip off. I transferred the money to their Mastercard to I could use it in other websites, and it doesn't work!!!! Basically I just lost money!! Keep away!!!

Me2you gift cards, Absolute robbery

Absolute robbery. My daughter got a card with a 50 Euro balance as a present from her aunt in April 24, by 14th Dec 24 the balance had depreciated to 37.01 Euro. Do not buy these cards, give cash or a voucher that does not depreciated.
