I have been using McQueens for over 10 years now. Jamal is very professional and really takes time to understand what you are looking for in a tenant. Above all I trust his instincts and appreciate the personal touch he brings to all our dealings.

I approached this agent as a tenant looking for a flat and found the process very unhelpful. The procedure relies on bidding with little to no transparency. You are not told how many other bidders there are, what the acceptance criteria might be or why an application is rejected. It feels arbitrary and is likely a waste of time for tenants. I did not proceed with any paperwork but visited a property and exchanged details over email. The viewing itself was fine but overall the process is not pro tenant and I would not recommend this agent if you are looking to rent.

Working/renting with Jamal over 2 years was great. From the first viewing we were very happy with how he handled our interest, our application and all communication. Throughout our tenancy we were looked after well and any issues were promptly taken care of. Even upon move-out he always made sure we were well looked after. The landlords were also very kind and supported us through the energy cost crisis. I can only recommend Jamal and McQueens.

Avoid these dishonest people, time and money wasters. Do not purchase from them; steer clear of them at all costs.
