I started using Smart Legals 2 months ago following the advice of my accountant Tim who has referred many of his clients to them. Smart Legals offer flexible options for investments with tax breaks. My first investmant was a Specialist Supported Housing Investment through my pension. This was a no brainer as it is the same nvestment that ive bought previously, except this is through my pension. I have also bought into an SEIS fund due to great tax breaks.

Smart Legals are a great boutique company offering specialist advice. I have dealt with them for property investment for two separate property investments. One in Bristol and the other in Manchester. Both are rented out on short term lets with excellent yields. More recently, I have referred some of my clients for tax efficient investments. I have made two purchases through this company and both have gone well. I bought an off-plan property in Nottingham which was completed with a lovely finish. Last year I also bought a social housing project with income backed by a housing association. Both properties give me a good consistent income. I am also in the process of filling up my IFISA with them.
